Adhesive resin composition, method for bonding adherends, and adhesive resin film
The present invention provides an adhesive resin composition that has excellent adhesiveness and durability, a method for bonding adherends, and an adhesive resin film More specifically, the present invention relates to an adhesive resin composition containing more than 50 parts by mass and 99.5 parts by mass or less in a solid content of an acid-modified polyolefin resin having a melting point of 50 to 100° C., 0.5 parts by mass or more and less than 50 parts by mass in a solid content of an epoxy resin having a novolac structure, and an organic solvent; a method for bonding adherends including forming an adhesive layer on a first adherend by applying the adhesive resin composition and drying, and then bonding a second adherend to the adhesive layer by laminating the second adherend on the adhesive layer; and an adhesive resin film including a first adhesive layer, a substrate layer, and a second adhesive layer in that order, in which any one or both of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer include(s) the adhesive resin composition.
POLYMER DISPERSION, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE POLYMER DISPERSION, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYMER COMPOSITE FILM
A polymer dispersion is disclosed. The polymer dispersion includes a liquid crystal polymer powder, a polyamide acid, and a solvent. A solid content of the polymer dispersion includes the liquid crystal polymer powder and the polyamide acid. The liquid crystal polymer powder has a mass ratio of 20% to 30% in the solid content. The polyamide acid has a mass ratio of 70% to 80% in the solid content. The polyamide acid is obtained by mixing two kinds of diamines and two kinds of dianhydrides together, causing the diamines and the dianhydrides to be polymerized with each other. Both two kinds of diamines and two kinds of dianhydrides comprise a liquid crystal structure and a flexible structure respectively. A method of preparing the polymer dispersion, and a method for preparing a polymer composite film using the polymer dispersion are also disclosed.
RAPID GEL POLYMERIC COMPOSITIONS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A rapid gel composition including a mixture for achieving rapid homogenous dispersion having: a) crosslinked or non-crosslinked acrylic acid homopolymers or copolymers component, b) suitable solvent component and c) a suitable organic or inorganic base component.
Binders
The present invention relates to a water-soluble carbohydrate-polyamino acid-based pre-reacted binder composition, a method of its manufacture, use of the pre-reacted binder composition, a method of manufacturing a collection of matter bound by a polymeric binder, a binder solution or dispersion comprising the pre-reacted binder composition, as well as products comprising the pre-reacted binder composition in a cured state.
Spherical polyester resin particles and method for producing same
Spherical polyester-based resin particles characterized in that the spherical polyester-based resin particles contain a polyester-based resin and have a crystallinity of 20% or less and an average circularity of 0.96 or more. The spherical polyester-based resin particles according to the present invention can provide suitable resin particles as compounding agents for cosmetics such as foundation, antiperspirants, and skin scrubs; various agents such as matte coating agents for paints, rheology modifying agents, antiblocking agents, slipperiness-imparting agents, light diffusion agents, electroconductive agents, and diagnostic testing agents for medical use; and additives to molded articles such as automobile materials and construction materials.
METHOD AND SYSTEM TO PROVIDE A REPOSITIONABLE TRANSLUCENT CAST VINYL FILM WITH AN AIR-EGRESS ADHESIVE LAYER
Disclosed are a method, a device and/or a system of cast vinyl film and, more particularly, to a method and system to provide a repositionable translucent cast vinyl film with an air egress adhesive layer. In one aspect, a method includes mixing a solvent based polyvinyl chloride (PVC) organosol with a stabilizer and an additive to get a desired shade of pellucid tint of a translucent thermoplastic stretch wrap film. Further, the method includes casting the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) organosol onto a film carrier and moving the film carrier through a plurality of ovens at varying temperatures to care into a solid film. The cured solid film is laminated to an air-egress liner casted with a solvent-borne acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to provide ease of installation. The adhesive includes an air release patterning to allow escape of air from back of the film while repositioning the film around a complex shaped surface.
Tung oil-based non-lapping water-compatible wood stain
Water-based stains are based on an oil-in-water emulsion having a binder that includes, consists of, or consists essentially of drying oil combined with a non-aqueous polymer dispersion. The compositions can be tinted using traditional water-based pigment dispersions, yet the overall hydrophobicity results in minimal interaction with the polar cellulosic structure of wood.
