Buckle
A buckle includes a male member and a female member. The male member is provided with an engagement section which protrudes from a body section. The female member includes a pressing elastic member which is provided with an engagement receiving section with which the engagement section engages; and a housing body in which a housing space for housing the pressing elastic member is housed. The housing body has an opening which connects to the housing space and into which the engagement section is inserted. The pressing elastic member is integrally provided with: a pair of pressing sections-which protrudes from the housing space of the housing body; elastic body sections which connect the pair of pressing sections together, elastically support the pressing sections, and enable the pressing sections to elastically move into the housing section; and the engagement receiving section which is supported by the elastic body sections.
MAGNETIC BUCKLE
A magnetic buckle includes two buckle bodies respectively have a magnetic attraction element fitted thereon. The two magnetic attraction elements bring the two buckle bodies to be magnetically detachably engaged with each other. A guide structure is formed on between the two buckle bodies. The two magnetic attraction elements and the guide structure together enable one of the two buckle bodies to move in different directions when it sequentially moves along an approaching path, within which the two buckle bodies are separate from each other, a contacting path, within which the two buckle bodies are brought to contact with each other, and a locating path, within which the two buckle bodies are brought to engage with each other. Thus, a user can conveniently magnetically engage the two buckle bodies with each other without the necessity of aligning them in advance or double-checking the engagement between them.
Self-Aligning, Quick Connect and Disconnect Magnetic End Connectors
Self-aligning, durable quick connect strap end connector system that includes a pair of identical end connectors configured to slide together and interconnect. Each end connector includes a body with a strap bar and strap slot formed on the body's proximal end. The body includes a narrow section and a lip section that extends downward and rearward. The lip section includes an abutment surface transversely aligned with the body's longitudinal axis. Located adjacent to the abutment surface is a vid area configured to receive the lip section on a second end connector longitudinally aligned with said first end connector. At least one projecting element extends from the abutment surface on said first end connector and fits into a hole formed on the abutment surface of the second end connector. Mounted on each abutment surface is at least one magnet that generate a magnetically attractive force between the two end connectors.
QUICK-DISASSEMBLY DEVICE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF
The disclosure provides a quick-disassembly device, comprising a connector, a carrier and a limiting assembly. The carrier is provided with an accommodating cavity and a limiting cavity; the connector is movably arranged with the carrier relatively, in an entering state, the connector is at least partially accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and in a locking state, the connector is at least partially accommodated in the limiting cavity and relatively fixed with the carrier; the limiting assembly comprises a first connecting block and a second connecting block, and in the locking state, the connector is abutted against an inner wall of the limiting cavity under a magnetic force between the first connecting block and the second connecting block, and is fixed in the limiting cavity.
STRETCHABLE BELT
In some implementations, a belt includes a buckle and a strap securable in a loop by the buckle. The strap may include a first outer layer and a second outer layer, a mounting plate secured between the first outer layer and the second outer layer, and a translating buckle mount coupled to the mounting plate. The translating buckle mount may be configured to releasably mount the buckle and to elastically translate back and forth within the mounting plate so that the buckle is movable within the strap relative to the first and second outer layers to vary the circumference of the belt when the belt is worn around a waist of a user.
Magnetic buckle
A buckle assembly has a first buckle portion that cooperates with a second buckle portion. Each of the buckle portions has a main buckle body with two lateral sides and a magnet disposed in a magnet housing. A fastening hook is disposed on one lateral side, with a fastening opening and guide surface disposed on the opposite lateral side. Placing the interior surfaces of the buckle portions against each other causes the magnets to engage each other with magnetic attraction, and the fastening hooks of each buckle portion to enter the fastening openings of the other buckle portion, to lock the two buckle portions together. The buckle portions are disengaged by sliding the buckle portions in opposite lateral directions, perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the buckle assembly, so that the fastening hooks slide along the opposing guide surface and force the magnets apart.
Strap Fastener
Provided is a strap fastener includes a connecting device. The connecting device includes a first connecting part, which includes a first base body and at least one engagement protrusion arranged rigidly on the first base body, and a second connecting part, which can be attached to the first connecting part in a closing direction, is connected to a strap and includes a second base body with an engagement section arranged rigidly on the second base body. The first connecting part includes a first magnetic device and the second connecting part includes a second magnetic device. The first magnetic device and the second magnetic device cooperate in a magnetically attracting manner along the closing direction to support the placing of the first connecting part and the second connecting part against one another.
INTERCHANGEABLE BUCKLE DEVICE
An interchangeable buckle device including a buckle provided with a bar around which a tongue is articulated, the device including an insert provided with a channel arranged to receive the bar, and a latch arranged to cooperate with the insert so as to close the channel, the latch being arranged to move from a locked position in which the bar is held in the channel to an open position in which the bar is free, the latch being held in its locked position by a resilient return.
Magnetic buckling assembly
A magnetic buckling assembly includes a male buckling component, a female buckling component, a first locking portion, a second locking portion, an operating component, a first magnetic component, a second magnetic component and a clearance structure. The first magnetic component magnetically attracts the second magnetic component for preventing separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component or magnetically repulses the second magnetic component for promoting the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component when the operating component is operated to disengage the first locking portion from the second locking portion for allowing the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component. The clearance structure allows the second locking portion to slide an offsetting position for preventing the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component after engagement of the first locking portion and the second locking portion.
ORTHOPEDIC DEVICE, STRAP SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURING THE SAME
An orthopedic device includes a frame, a strap system including first and second straps connecting to the frame, and an adjustment mechanism couples to the first and second straps and simultaneously regulates tension in the first and second straps by moving the first and second straps relative to the frame. The strap system includes a length adjustment system for modifying the length of the strap.
