TWO-STAGE CLASP MECHANISM FOR A WEARABLE DEVICE, AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
20240099432 · 2024-03-28 ·

Two-stage clasp mechanisms, and related systems and methods, are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the clasp mechanism includes a first housing portion, a second housing portion configured to connect to the first housing portion, and a locking mechanism configured to secure the first and second housing portions together. The locking mechanism can include a first striker carried by the second housing portion, a second striker movably carried by the first housing portion, and a blocking component movably carried by the second housing portion. The second striker is moveable along a first direction between an engaged position and a disengaged position with the first striker. The blocking component is movable along a second direction at an angle with respect to the first direction between a first position that prevents the first striker from moving and a second position that allows the second striker to move.

Pluggable connecting buckle

The present application discloses a pluggable connecting buckle, including a male buckle and a female buckle. A first connecting rod is arranged on one end of the male buckle, and a decorative plate and a buckling rib are arranged on an other end. A buckling block is arranged on the buckling rib, and a corresponding engagement groove is arranged on the buckling rib. A second connecting rod and an accommodating cavity are respectively arranged on two ends of the female buckle. Two engagement assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the accommodating cavity. A limiting plate is arranged on the engagement assembly which includes a turning plate. An inclined engagement surface is arranged on the engagement groove, and an inverted hook plane is arranged on the turning end of the turning plate. The pluggable connecting buckle has a good anti-loosening effect, a long service life, and good user experience.

TAPE ATTACHMENT

This tape attachment has: one or more crossbar parts that extend along a first direction; a pair of side support parts that support the crossbar parts; and a whistle part provided with a blowing hole and a discharge hole, the whistle part having a hollow section in which the pressure of air guided from the blowing hole is increased, the hollow section being positioned on the downstream side in the air passage direction in relation to the discharge hole, and the hollow section being provided in at least a part of the crossbar parts and the pair of side support parts. It is thereby possible to reduce the size of a tape attachment provided with a whistle function.

Female buckling component for magnetic buckling assembly
11903455 · 2024-02-20 · ·

A female buckling component for a magnetic buckling assembly. A female locking portion comprises at least one resilient arm and at least one engaging head integrally formed with the at least one resilient arm. The at least one resilient arm drives the at least one engaging head to move when the at least one resilient arm is resiliently deformed. The female buckling component also comprises an installation chamber inside a middle portion of the female buckling component, a female magnetic component installed in the installation chamber, and at least one operating component movably disposed on the female buckling component and coupled to the at least one resilient arm of the female locking portion to resiliently deform the at least one resilient arm and thereby move the at least one engaging head.

Abdominal weight lifter belt assembly with variable fasteners
11944889 · 2024-04-02 ·

A quick hook-up and release anchor belt assembly for adjustably interconnecting two detachably coupled belts that are especially suited in combination for constraining the abdominal portion of a weight lifter's torso, and the like, the belt being of substantial thickness. Each belt includes a flexible elongate length and optionally a rigid end portion. The belts are positionable and detachably attachable along their elongate length by means of hook and loop fasteners. A releasable toggle or connector is operable to instantly draw up or alternatively allow interconnected separation and attachment of the two end portions of the coupled belts.

Safety belt latch structure
10477926 · 2019-11-19 · ·

A safety belt latch structure includes a base, a locking hook member, a positioning shaft, and a press switch. The locking hook member is provided with a first locking portion. The press switch includes a push knob, a covering member, and an elastic member. The push knob has a pressing portion, a resting portion, a depression, and a second locking portion. The first locking portion is locked with the second locking portion, and received in the depression. Thus, the user only needs to press the push knob to unlock the locking hook member and to release the safety belt latch structure, such that the safety belt is released quickly. In addition, the press switch is surrounded by the base, such that the push knob will not be contacted due to impact, thereby preventing the locking hook member from being unlocked from the press switch.

Center Release Buckle with Symmetric Locking Features

A buckle assembly that utilizes two molded plastic buckle constructs. The two buckle constructs are separate and distinct but are identical in size and configuration. Each of the buckle constructs has a base and two loop structures that extend as parallel cantilevers from the base. On each buckle construct, there is a gap space disposed between the loop structures. The gap space is sized to receive the loop structure from a second identical buckle construct. When two buckle constructs are brought together, the loop structures intermesh and interlock, therein mechanically joining the two buckle constructs together. A locking tab is provided in one of the loop structures on each buckle construct. The locking tab can be manually depressed to release the mechanical interconnection between the buckle constructs. The buckle constructs can then be easily separated.

NECKWEAR AND FASTENERS

A neckwear includes a neckband, a neckband module and one or more torso segments connected by fasteners. The neckwear may include a plurality of pivoting, intra-changeable, metallic torso segments. Also provided are improved take-apart fasteners and improved quick-release buckles, for use in neckwear, jewelry, wristwatches and watchbands or for otherwise securing objects.

Side release buckle device
10448709 · 2019-10-22 ·

A side release buckle device that has a male member and a female member. The female member has a housing, a catch assembly and at least one contact point. The male member is capable of interlocking with the female member and has an arm assembly, a catch assembly and at least one contact point. At least one switch is formed by the contact between the contact point of the male member and the contact point of the female member. An electrical circuit traverses the female and male member, such that when the members are locked together the switch is closed and when the members are apart the switch is open. The electrical circuit has a series of wires, a source of electrical energy, a currently limiting resistor, at least one switch and an electrical element (e.g. light source).
