RELEASE LEVER BUCKLE
A buckle assembly including a first portion, a second portion, an actuator and a lever. The first portion includes a hollow body, an open top, a locking slot extending through the hollow body and a fulcrum. A second portion of the buckle includes a base opposite of a locking leg, the locking leg including a cavity, and a channel. Inserting the second portion into the hollow body through the open top of the first portion causes the locking leg to engage the locking slot and to lock the first portion to the second portion. An actuator slideably engaged to the channel and includes an arm slideably connected to the cavity. Applying a force to the actuator causes the arm to withdraw the locking leg, disengaging the locking leg from the locking slot. A lever is mounted on the fulcrum to apply the force to the actuator when the lever is pulled.
BUCKLE WITH WHISTLE
A buckle with a whistle includes: a plug member having lock arms extending forward from both sides of a base and a guide rod extending forward from the base in such a way as to be located between the lock arms; and a socket member having a chamber open on the front end thereof by means of an upper plate and a lower plate located to face each other so that the socket member is coupled to the plug member. The chamber is allowed to accommodate the guide rod therein. The guide rod is configured as the whistle. When the plug member is coupled to the socket member, the whistle is accommodated in the chamber.
BUCKLE ASSEMBLED WITH WHISTLE
The present disclosure relates to a buckle assembled with a whistle, the buckle including: a plug member having locking arms that are formed at both ends at a front side of a base, and a guide rod that protrudes from the base at an intermediate side between the locking arms; and a socket member having a guide groove which is formed at a center of the socket member so as to be opened at an upper side thereof to accommodate the guide rod at the center, and chambers which are formed at both sides of the guide groove so that the locking arms at the both ends are inserted into the chambers, in which the guide rod is configured as the whistle.
Web-adjustment housing for a buckle assembly
A web-adjustment housing of a buckle member may include a receiving crossbar, a securing crossbar, and a strut. The receiving crossbar may include a ledge that extends in a first direction at a first angle with respect to a plane that contains or is parallel to a longitudinal axis, and first retaining members configured to securely engage webbing. The securing crossbar may include a surface that extends in a second direction at a second angle with respect to the plane, and second retaining members extending from the surface configured to securely engage the webbing. A receiving channel may be defined between the receiving crossbar and the securing crossbar. A release channel may be defined between the securing crossbar and the strut. The receiving channel and the release channel may define at least a portion of a web channel configured to adjustably retain the webbing.
PROTECTIVE HELMET
A protective helmet including a helmet shell for at least partially covering the head of a helmet wearer, and a holding strap arrangement arranged on the helmet shell for holding the helmet shell on the head of the helmet wearer. The holding strap arrangement includes a chin strap connected to the helmet shell, a first closure part connected to the helmet shell, and a second closure part connected to the chin strap and can be brought into closed connection with the first closure part, with a closure being formed. The closure automatically opens in a first closed position if a predetermined opening tensile force acts between the closure parts, and the closure parts separate from each other. In a second closed position, the first closure part and the second closure part are always in closed connection with each other irrespective of a tensile force acting between the closure parts.
Metal buckle
A metal buckle includes a metal receptacle member and a metal clasp. The metal receptacle member includes a first opening and second opening. The metal clasp is configured to be inserted into the first opening of the metal receptacle member, and includes a base member, a locking device and a spring. The spring is configured to bias the locking device outwardly from the base member, and the locking device is configured to engage the second opening of the metal receptacle.
WEB-CONNECTING ASSEMBLY HAVING A RELEASE BUTTON
A web-connecting assembly may include a connecting member and a securing member. The connecting member may include a connecting stud and a first web channel. The first web channel is configured to retain a first web. The securing member may include a housing defining a retaining chamber, a button pivotally secured to the housing, and a second web channel. The second web channel is configured to retain a second web. The button is configured to be moved between an open position in which a portion of the connecting stud is able to move into and out of the retaining chamber, and a closed position in which the button securely traps the portion of the connecting stud within the retaining chamber. The connecting member is securely connected to the securing member when the button securely traps the portion of the connecting stud within the retaining chamber.
Buckle
A buckle includes a female part having a housing and an engaging portion provided at an inner surface of the housing, and a male part including a base and an inserted portion to be inserted into the housing of the female part. The inserted portion includes a base end coupled to the base, a free end opposite to the base end, and an engaged portion to be engaged with the engaging portion. When a force is applied to the male part for pulling the male part out of the housing, the engaged portion has a contact surface that is in contact with the engaging portion. Relative to a first center point at the center of the base end in the thickness direction of the inserted portion, a second center point at the center of the contact surface in the thickness direction is positioned downward.
Side Release Buckle Device
A side release buckle device that has a male member and a female member. The female member has a housing, a catch assembly and at least one contact point. The male member is capable of interlocking with the female member and has an arm assembly, a catch assembly and at least one contact point. At least one switch is formed by the contact between the contact point of the male member and the contact point of the female member. An electrical circuit traverses the female and male member, such that when the members are locked together the switch is closed and when the members are apart the switch is open. The electrical circuit has a series of wires, a source of electrical energy, a currently limiting resistor, at least one switch and an electrical element (e.g. light source).
