Arresting part or elastic member is provided with a projection which, when the rotator rotates toward the second position, displaces the arresting part toward the rotational axis before the rotator reaches the second position and, if the displacement of the arresting part toward the rotational axis is obstructed by the post, rotational resistance of the rotator is increased.

An inner diameter of the socket ring may be gradually increased from an intermediate point in the axial direction of the engaging portion to one end and other end in the axial direction of the engaging portion. The engaging portion of the socket ring may be provided with a plurality of slits along the radial direction in the circumferential direction.
