FASTENING SYSTEM FOR SHOES AND CLOTHING
A fastening system for use in shoes and articles of clothing that includes a fastening strap with openings on each side of the strap and a rivet. The rivet has a button and a retainer. The button includes a base with a recess on a first side and a stem on a second side of the base. The stem extends from the base. The button also includes a top portion. The top portion diameter is larger than the stem diameter. The retainer has a shank extending from a clamping head. The shank is being configured to fasten within the recess of the button, while the retainers extend through two opposite holes of a shoe or an article of clothing for fastening with the buttons. The openings of the fastening strap are adapted to fit over the top portion of each of the button.
SNAP AND LOCK
A button system containing two pieces that snap and lock together to fasten multiple articles of clothing. The top piece is made of three distinct parts: a detachable ridged color-coded cover, a fastener that attaches said cover to a rotatable hinged plate, and a fastener that secures all three pieces of the top piece. The bottom piece is also made up of three distinct parts: a plate to receive the hinges from the top piece, a curved structure that connects the hinge/cavity plates to the article of clothing, and a rivet that attaches to the article of clothing and the snap and lock invention.
Detachable audio system for head-mounted displays
A detachable coupling structure for an audio system is disclosed. The detachable coupling structure includes a base and a plurality of posts, extending from the base, to couple to a strap. The detachable coupling structure also includes a spring, contacting the base, to detach the plurality of posts from the strap when the plurality of posts decouple from the strap. The detachable coupling structure further includes a spacer through which the plurality of posts extends. The spring contacts the spacer.
Fastener with two fastening mechanisms
A fastener for fastening a first element to a second element comprising: a first part; a second part fastenable to the first part via a first fastening mechanism; and a third part fastenable to the second part via a second fastening mechanism. The third part comprises at least one protruding member for inserting thereof to the second element for fastening the second element between the second and third parts. The first fastening mechanism is configured such that to open the fastening of the first part to the second part an external tool such as a key or a magnet should be applied.
Detachable audio system for head-mounted displays
A detachable audio system for a head-mounted display is disclosed. The detachable audio system includes a speaker, an arm coupled to the speaker, a strap connector including a first side coupled to the arm and a second side opposite to the first side, and a coupling subsystem coupled to the second side of the strap connector and to couple to a strap for the head-mounted display. The coupling subsystem includes a base, a plurality of posts, and a spring. The base includes a first side engaged with the second side of the strap connector and a second side opposite to the first side. The plurality of posts extends from the second side of the base to couple to the strap. The spring contacts the second side of the base and is to detach the detachable audio system from the strap when the plurality of posts decouple from the strap.
Locking Strap Mechanism
An automatically actuating strap lock mechanism for use on instruments is disclosed. The multiple embodiments disclosed herein use an automatically actuating retaining mechanism to allow a user to attach the end of a strap to a strap button on an instrument without having to manipulate a lever or knob. The retaining mechanism is capable of being moved into the open position using the head of a strap button, allowing a user to slide the mechanism over a strap button. Once a strap button is seated in the strap lock mechanism, the retaining mechanism is automatically released, locking the strap button in place.
Two-Part Watch Strap
A two-part watch strap (1) including a clasping part (2) and a clasped part (3). The clasping part (2) includes: a clasping-part watch-attaching end; a clasping end opposite the clasping-part watch-attaching end; a strap/band/bracelet portion (4) extending between the watch-attaching and clasping ends of the clasping part (2); and a groove (11) arranged in the strap/band/bracelet portion (4). The clasped part (3) includes: a clasped-part watch-attaching end; a free end (9) opposite the clasped-part watch-attaching end; a strap/band/bracelet portion (6) extending between the watch-attaching and free ends of the clasped part (3); and a protruding portion (10) adjacent to, near, or at the free end (9). The protruding portion (10) is configured to engage with and at least partially lock into the groove (11) of the clasping part (2) so as to secure the free end (9) of the clasped part (3) to the clasping part (2).
SNAP-TYPE FASTENER ARRANGEMENT
A snap-type fastener arrangement includes various elements. For example, the snap-type fastener arrangement includes a socket component and a stud component. The stud component is insertable into the socket component to releasably couple two items together. The snap-type fastener includes a construction having a relatively low profile that does not extensively protrude outward from the underlying article to which the snap-type fastener is attached. The socket component includes a portion for securing the socket component to a textile layer and a central portion that extends through the textile layer. The stud component may be inserted into a socket aperture in the central portion of the socket in order to mate the two components.
Press stud with an anti-uncoupling system
A press stud comprises a male element and a female element, which show, when coupled, a capacity for mutual transverse displacement with respect to the coupling direction to move, when subjected to tension acting in a substantially transverse direction with respect to the coupling direction, from an uncouplable position to a locked position. An elastic centring member exerts an elastic force on the male element and/or on the female element to keep them in the uncouplable position in the absence of tension acting in a substantially transverse direction with respect to the coupling direction.
