The present application relates to a UV-LED curable coating composition, including: (a) at least one amine-modified polyether acrylate; (b) at least one (meth)acrylate polymer different from (a); (c) at least one multifunctional thiol compound; and (d) at least one acylphosphine oxide as a photoinitiator. Disclosed is an electrical steel sheet with an insulating coating formed by applying a surface-treatment agent to at least one surface of the electrical steel sheet and drying the surface-treatment agent, wherein the surface-treatment agent contains: certain trialkoxysilane and/or dialkoxysilane (A); a silane coupling agent (B) that does not contain a polymerizable unsaturated group in its structure; plate-like silica (C); a polymerizable unsaturated-group-containing compound (D); and water, within a range satisfying the following conditions (1) to (3): (1) a mass ratio (A/B) of (A) to (B) is from 0.05 to 1.00; (2) a content of (C) is 2 mass % to 30 mass % with respect to a total mass of (A) to (D) in the surface-treatment agent; and (3) a content of (D) is 2 mass % to 18 mass % with respect to the total mass of (A) to (D) in the surface-treatment agent.

PREPARATION PROCESS FOR SOLID ACRYLIC RESIN SUITABLE FOR UV PHOTOCURING SYSTEM
A preparation process for a solid acrylic resin suitable for a UV curing system is a bulk polymerization method and comprises the steps: adding 100 parts by mass of at least one monofunctional monomer(s) having one polymerizable double bond per molecule, 1-10 parts by mass of one difunctional monomer having two polymerizable double bonds per molecule, 0.1-5.0 parts by mass of an initiator and 1-10 parts by mass of a chain transfer agent to a bulk polymerization reactor capable of water bath heating; homogenizing them by stirring; and then heating the bulk polymerization reactor with a constant temperature water bath at 40-90° C. until the polymerization reaction is completed.
PREPARATION PROCESS FOR SOLID ACRYLIC RESIN SUITABLE FOR UV PHOTOCURING SYSTEM
A preparation process for a solid acrylic resin suitable for a UV curing system is a bulk polymerization method and comprises the steps: adding 100 parts by mass of at least one monofunctional monomer(s) having one polymerizable double bond per molecule, 1-10 parts by mass of one difunctional monomer having two polymerizable double bonds per molecule, 0.1-5.0 parts by mass of an initiator and 1-10 parts by mass of a chain transfer agent to a bulk polymerization reactor capable of water bath heating; homogenizing them by stirring; and then heating the bulk polymerization reactor with a constant temperature water bath at 40-90° C. until the polymerization reaction is completed.
