Corrosion Inhibiting Paste for Aircraft Use
A chemical composition comprising a mixture of a non-curing organic polymer base with a viscosity between 300 and 10,000 centipoises at 20 degrees C.° and a molecular weight of between 1,000 and 100,000. Into the base is mixed at least one of: metal particles (coated or uncoated), inert particles and non-metal corrosion inhibitors such that reaches a viscosity of between 9,000 and 10,000,000 centipoises. The result is a paste that is useful in applying to metal aircraft parts to help prevent corrosion, including galvanic corrosion.

AQUEOUS CORROSION RESISTANT COATINGS WITH SURFACE-HYDROPHOBIC INORGANIC PARTICLES
Aqueous coating compositions providing enhanced anticorrosive and water-resistant properties. The anticorrosive coating comprises water borne resin, surface-hydrophobic inorganic pigments, and/or surface-hydrophobic inorganic extenders.
REINFORCED CHEMICAL CONVERSION COATING
A process of preventing crack formation in chemical conversion coating comprising providing a substrate; introducing a chemical conversion coating material; adding an additive containing a binder to the conversion coating material; and coating the substrate with the chemical conversion coating and the additive.
Method for forming a sol-gel coating formulation
Sol-gel coating formulations including metal oxide particles such as aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, and molybdenum oxide embedded in a hybrid polymer matrix based on a reacted form of a resin composition containing a tetraalkylorthosilicate, an aminoalkylsilane, a dialkoxysilane, and a silanol terminated polydimethylsiloxane. The sol-gel coating formulations are suitable for applications such as anticorrosive protective coatings of metal substrates (e.g. mild steel). These anticorrosive coated metal substrates are evaluated on their hydrophobicity (water contact angle), surface roughness, mechanical strength (e.g. hardness), adhesiveness to the substrate (e.g. critical load), and anticorrosiveness upon exposure to a saline solution (e.g. impedance value).

Corrosion Resistant Spray Applied Fire Resistive Materials
The present disclosure relates to corrosion resistant coating compositions, kits and methods of applying the same, for use as fireproofing materials. The corrosion resistant spray applied fire resistant material contains an organic corrosion inhibitors, such as an aldonic acid, benzoic acid, or combinations thereof, to reduce or eliminate corrosion of the underlying substrate.
LARGE SCALE PRODUCTION OF THINNED GRAPHITE, GRAPHENE, AND GRAPHITE-GRAPHENE COMPOSITES
Embodiments described herein relate generally to large scale synthesis of thinned graphite and in particular, few layers of graphene sheets and graphene-graphite composites. In some embodiments, a method for producing thinned crystalline graphite from precursor crystalline graphite using wet ball milling processes is disclosed herein. The method includes transferring crystalline graphite into a ball milling vessel that includes a grinding media. A first and a second solvent are transferred into the ball milling vessel and the ball milling vessel is rotated to cause the shearing of layers of the crystalline graphite to produce thinned crystalline graphite.
