Silicone composition, release paper, and release film
Provided is a solventless silicone composition which can form a highly transparent release coating having excellent adhesion to a substrate, in particular to a plastic film substrate, and which can provide a layer of cured product having good adhesion even when the release coating exhibits a small peeling force. Also provided is a release paper and release film having such a cured coating.
SILICONE COMPOSITION, A RELEASE SHEET, A RELEASE FILM AND METHODS FOR PREPARING THE RELEASE SHEET AND THE RELEASE FILM
The object of the present invention is to provide a silicone composition which provides a release coating having excellent adhesion to a substrate, in particular a plastic film substrate, such as a polyester film. Further, an object of the present invention is to provide a release sheet having a cured coating of the silicon composition. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a silicone composition which has improved storage stability and does not cause separation of the functional compound during long-term storage or transportation. The present invention provides a silicone composition comprising the following components (A) to (C):
(A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups each bonded to a silicon atom in a molecule, having a viscosity at 25 degrees C. in the range of from 50 mPa.Math.s to 10,000 mPa.Math.s, and having no aryl nor aralkyl group bonded to a silicon atom, wherein a percentage of the number of the alkenyl groups relative to the number of groups each bonded to a silicon atom is from 0.01% to less than 4.5%;
(B) a mixture comprising the following components (B1), (B2) and (B3)
(B1) an alpha-olefin which is liquid at 25 degrees C., in an amount of 0.05 to 15 parts by mass, relative to 100 parts by mass of component (A),
(B2) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three hydrogen atoms each bonded to a silicon atom .in a molecule, and having no aryl nor aralkyl group bonded to a silicon atom, wherein a ratio of the number of the SiH groups present in component (B2) to a total number of the alkenyl groups present in components (A) and (B) is 0.5 to 10;
(B3) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three hydrogen atoms each bonded to a silicon atom in a molecule, and having an aryl group and/or an aralkyl group each bonded to a silicon atom such that a percentage of the number of the aryl group and the aralkyl group relative to a total number of hydrogen atoms and groups each bonded to a silicon atom is 8% to 50%, wherein the amount of component (B3) is from 0.05 to 10 parts by mass, relative to 100 parts by mass of component (A), and a ratio of the number of the SiH groups present in component (B3) to a total number of the alkenyl groups present in components (A) and (B) is 0.1 to 2; and
(C) a catalytic amount of a platinum group metal catalyst.
LAMINATED FILM
A laminated film has a resin layer on at least one surface of a polyester film, in which the resin layer is on at least one surface layer, the water contact angle of the resin layer is 85°-100°, inclusive, and |H2−H1|≤1.0 (%) is satisfied, H1 (%) being the haze of the laminated film and H2 (%) being the haze of the laminated film after being immersed in a solvent and subjected to a rub test. This laminated film has excellent coating and releasability properties with respect to ceramic slurry.
LAMINATED FILM
A laminated film has a resin layer on at least one surface of a polyester film, in which the resin layer is on at least one surface layer, the water contact angle of the resin layer is 85°-100°, inclusive, and |H2−H1|≤1.0 (%) is satisfied, H1 (%) being the haze of the laminated film and H2 (%) being the haze of the laminated film after being immersed in a solvent and subjected to a rub test. This laminated film has excellent coating and releasability properties with respect to ceramic slurry.
Easy peel coating composition
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a peelable coating composition for which peeling due to light impact or scratch after drying is effectively prevented while peeling easily in operations in which peeling is intended; and a coating film obtained by drying said composition. The problem is solved by an easy peel coating composition comprising a polycarbonate resin with structural units represented by general formula (1): (1) and a non-halogen-based organic solvent, wherein the content of the polycarbonate resin in the composition is 0.1-50 mass % and the proportion of structural units represented by general formula (2): (2) in the structural units represented by general formula (1) is 0-80% as a mole ratio. ##STR00001##
Easy peel coating composition
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a peelable coating composition for which peeling due to light impact or scratch after drying is effectively prevented while peeling easily in operations in which peeling is intended; and a coating film obtained by drying said composition. ARTICLE USEFUL FOR CIRCULAR ECONOMY AND COMPRISING A SILICONE ELASTOMER WITH PEELABLE AND CLEAN-RELEASING PROPERTIES
The present invention relates to an article useful for circular economy which comprises of a substrate S in contact with a cured silicone elastomer Z which is peelable with clean-releasing properties and which can be easily removed by human force. The invention also relates to a recycling method comprised of peeling off the cured silicone elastomer Z from the support S of the article according to the invention and then recycling or re-using said article.
ARTICLE USEFUL FOR CIRCULAR ECONOMY AND COMPRISING A SILICONE ELASTOMER WITH PEELABLE AND CLEAN-RELEASING PROPERTIES
The present invention relates to an article useful for circular economy which comprises of a substrate S in contact with a cured silicone elastomer Z which is peelable with clean-releasing properties and which can be easily removed by human force. The invention also relates to a recycling method comprised of peeling off the cured silicone elastomer Z from the support S of the article according to the invention and then recycling or re-using said article.
DETACHABLE LAYER-FORMING COMPOSITION AND DETACHABLE LAYER
Provided is a detachable layer-forming composition which, for example, contains an organic solvent and a polyamic acid, both ends of which are derived from a diamine and sealed with an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, such as the polyamic acid represented by this formula.
