WOOD RESTORATION FORMULA AND METHOD THEREOF
A wood restoration formula and method wherein the method of the present invention is operable to produce a formulation that is configured to provide cleaning wood surfaces. The formulation of the present invention is configured to be non-hazardous. The method of the present invention in a preferred embodiment produces five gallons. The method of the present invention includes the step of adding sodium hydroxide to a volume of water that is approximately half of the total volume to be produced. Additional steps including adding components such as glycol ether and monoethanolamine. The viscosity of the mixture of the formulation is increased through the addition of hydroxyethylcellulose. The mixture includes a step of resting and is further executed at a temperature of at least ten degrees Celsius. Ensuing resting of the mixture a final volume of water is added to bring the mixture volume to five gallons.
THINNER COMPOSITION FOR REMOVING PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN AND ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATING, AND METHOD FOR REMOVING PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN AND ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATING USING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a thinner composition including a cyclic ketone-based compound and a cyclic hydrocarbon compound, and a method for removing a photosensitive resin and an anti-reflective coating using the same.
CORROSION RESISTANT PAINT REMOVER EMULSION COMPOSITIONS
A paint remover composition and a method of removing paint from both porous and non-porous substrates is disclosed. The paint remover composition is an emulsion comprising from 5 weight percent to 80 weight percent benzyl alcohol; from 30 weight percent to 70 weight percent water; a terpene hydrocarbon; and an alcohol ethoxylate phosphate ester at an effective concentration to emulsify the composition and provide corrosion inhibition.
PEELING LIQUID COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECYCLED ALUMINUM SUBSTRATE
A peeling liquid composition includes an aromatic alcohol, a compatibilizer, water, alkanolamine, and an anionic surfactant, and the content A of the aromatic alcohol, the content B of the compatibilizer, and the content C of water satisfy formula 1 and formula 2 below:
MULTILAYERED RESIN MOLDED BODY RECOVERY PRETREATMENT AGENT AND PRETREATMENT METHOD FOR MULTILAYERED RESIN MOLDED BODY RECOVERY
Provided is a multi-layered resin molded body recovery pretreatment agent, which can prevent the contamination of resin films with a printing ink in a multi-layered resin molded body recovery pretreatment. The multi-layered resin molded body recovery pretreatment agent includes (A) a polar solvent having an SP value of 9 to 13, (B) a quaternary ammonium salt represented by a general formula (1), and (C) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 11.0 to 14.0 and/or an anionic surfactant having a C.sub.13 or higher fatty acid group.
PAINT REMOVER COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING TETRAHYDROFURAN, ALKANEDIOL, AND AMINE AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
A paint remover composition including (a) tetrahydrofuran (THF) at a sufficient concentration to remove paint; (b) a low vapor pressure (LVP) coupling co-solvent present at an effective amount to maintain miscibility of the single-phase paint remover composition and to remove paint; (c) an amine with a molar volume of <100 cm.sup.3/mol; and (d) water at a concentration of greater than 18 wt % of an overall concentration of the single-phase paint remover composition and the methods of making and using the same.
SOLVENT-BASED PLASTIC RECYCLING METHOD TO REMOVE INKS AND PRODUCE CLEAR FILMS
A solvent-based plastic recycling method that removes color and produces plastic polymers substantially free of exogenous colorants. The method comprises selecting a solvent that selectively dissolves an individual polymer and has low solubility of colorants and decomposition products of the colorants. A combined precipitator and piston device is used to precipitate the polymer solution and mechanically remove the solvent from the precipitate before thermal drying. An adsorption bed is used to clean the recovered solvent as it is recycled to the process.
Process solution composition for polymer treatment comprising a fluorine compound, a ketone solvent, and a polar aprotic solvent
The present disclosure relates to a process solution composition for polymer treatment comprising: a fluorine compound; a ketone-based solvent; and a polar aprotic solvent, wherein the ketone-based solvent is one or more selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by Chemical Formula 1 or Chemical Formula 2, and has an effect capable of preventing damage to various types of metals while improving the power of removing an adhesive polymer remaining on the wafer circuit surface in a semiconductor manufacturing process.
Paint remover having reduced flammability
A composition comprises dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and has a flash point of 70 F. or greater. The composition has a total VOC content defined by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of 50 weight percent (%) or less. The composition removes or strips paint in a period of time of two hours or less. The composition may further comprises one or more corrosion inhibitors.
