An oil gel compositions comprising (i) between 10 to 20 wt. % of a selectively hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer, (ii) an oil, and (iii) optional additives is described herein. In embodiments, the oil gel composition is characterized as having, a viscosity at 25 C. and 10/s between 100 (See claims 2) and 200 Pa.Math.s, a cone penetration at 25 C. from 200 dmm to 600 dmm, a drop point from 100 to 250 C., and oil separation at 100 C. from 0% to 2%. In embodiments, the oil gel composition has a viscosity ratio of 25 C./100 C. from 4 to 20 at 10/s shear rate. The oil gel composition can be used in cables for post tensioning applications.

The disclosure relates to a hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer with high vinyl content, low viscosity, low order-disorder temperature and improved processability. The hydrogenated styrenic block copolymers can be extruded or molded with a minimum of additives. The hydrogenated styrenic block copolymers have high melt flows allowing for ease in processing such as injection molding, overmolding, dipping, extrusion, roto-molding, slush molding, fiber spinning, film making, 3D printing and foaming.

Latent crosslinking in the polymers takes advantage of the fast interaction between the anionic latex charge and the cationic charge associated with polyfunctional amine crosslinkers. Once the latex is coated onto a substrate, the volatile base evaporates and the groups react to form a crosslinked coating with improved wash-off properties.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an electrode laminate and to a flexible and stretchable electrode laminate manufactured using the same. The method includes (a) printing a conductive print ink including a metal precursor, an organic solvent, and a polymer on a flexible substrate to thus form a conductive print ink pattern impregnated into the flexible substrate, and (b) reducing the conductive print ink pattern to thus manufacture the electrode laminate. The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a flexible and stretchable electrode laminate which is simpler and which consumes less time than a conventional manufacturing method.
