POWDER-RESISTANT RECLOSURE
The disclosure pertains to powder-resistant profiles for zippers or reclosures, such as may be used for reclosable packages. A first profile includes a first upper interlocking profile and a first lower interlocking profile, The second profile includes a second upper interlocking profile and a second lower interlocking profile. The first upper and lower interlocking profiles may include male elements while the second upper and lower interlocking profiles may include complementary female elements. A first central area is termed between the first upper and lower interlocking profiles and a second central area is formed between the second upper and lower interlocking profiles. The first and second central areas include respective first and second series of apertures through the male elements to allow powder otherwise trapped between the first and second profiles to escape or exit therethrough.
CHILD RESISTANT PLASTIC BAG ASSEMBLY
A child resistant, zippered plastic bag assembly having a first side panel and a second side panel each having respective upper portions forming a mouth. The bag assembly includes a zippered closure coupled to the respective upper portions of the first and second side panels for interlocking the mouth between an opened condition and a closed condition. A slider having a base operably mounted to, and cooperating, with the zipper closure for movement between a first position, orienting the mouth in the closed condition, and a second position, orienting the mouth in the opened condition. The slider includes a first wing extending outwardly from the base, adjacent the upper portion of the first side panel, and a second wing also extending outwardly from the base, adjacent the upper portion of the second side panel. A lock is operable between the first wing and second wing, and configured to cooperate with the first side panel and the second side panel in a locked state to lock the slider in the first position.
HOOK AND LOOP FASTENER
A hook and loop fastener includes a first strip having one of loops or hooks and a second strip having another of the loops or the hooks. The first strip has a first longitudinal track orthogonal to the first strip. The second strip has a second longitudinal track, orthogonal to the first longitudinal track. A slider is provided that has an interface disrupting member extends outwardly. A gripping element is provided for manually moving the slider along the first longitudinal track and the second longitudinal track in a first direction and a second direction. Movement of the slider in the first direction brings the first strip into engagement with the second strip. Movement of the slider in the second direction draws the interface disrupting member through the interface between the first strip and the second strip, thereby separating the first strip and the second strip.

Movement of the slider in the first direction brings the first strip into engagement with the second strip. Movement of the slider in the second direction draws the interface disrupting member through the interface between the first strip and the second strip, thereby separating the first strip and the second strip.
Waterproof Fastener Tape
There is provided a waterproof fastener tape. The water proof fastener tape includes: a waterproof diaphragm including a transparent layer and a colored layer laminated below the transparent layer; an adhesive layer laminated below the colored layer; and a fastener tape body disposed below the colored layer of the waterproof diaphragm through the adhesive layer.

Zipper tape and container equipped with zipper tape
A zipper tape is in an elongated shape and includes, in a cross-sectional shape, a pair of base strips and engagement portions projecting from surfaces facing each other of the pair of respective base strips, the engagement portions being engageable with each other. At least the engagement portions are each formed of a first biodegradable resin composition having a yield strain of 3.4% or more during a tensile test.
