SHEET FOR THERMAL BONDING AND SHEET FOR THERMAL BONDING WITH AFFIXED DICING TAPE
A sheet for thermal bonding which has a tensile modulus of 10 to 3,000 MPa and contains fine metal particles in an amount in the range of 60-98 wt % and which, when heated from 23° C. to 400° C. in the air at a heating rate of 10° C./min and then examined by energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry, has a carbon concentration of 15 wt % or less.
Off-Set Resin Formulations and Blocking/Deblocking Resin Systems for Use as a "Co-Cure-Ply" in the Fabrication of Large-Scale Composite Structure
A method for bonding composite substrates includes coupling a first co-cure prepreg layer having a first off-set amine to epoxide molar ratio onto a surface of a first composite substrate and coupling a second co-cure prepreg layer having a second off-set amine to epoxide molar ratio onto a surface of a second composite substrate. The first and second composite substrates are cured to the first and second co-cure prepreg layers, respectively, using a first cure cycle (including B-stage and cure temperatures) to form a first and a second co-cure prepreg layer portion. The method further includes coupling the first co-cure prepreg layer portion to the second co-cure prepreg layer portion and applying a second cure cycle to cure the first co-cure prepreg layer portion of the first composite substrate to the second co-cure prepreg layer portion of the second composite substrate to form a monolithic covalently bonded composite structure.

Packaging composite material comprising polarizing films and packaging comprising said material
Disclosed in the present invention is a packaging composite material comprising polarizing films, the packaging composite material comprising: a polarizing layer, comprising two or more layers of polarizing film, wherein polarization directions of at least two layers of polarizing film have an included angle which is not 0°. The packaging composite material of the present invention has a simple structure, strong light-blocking properties, a high light-blocking rate, and a broad-spectrum light-blocking effect. Also disclosed in the present invention are the use of the packaging composite material in packaging, and the use of the packaging composite material in a label. When used as packaging or a label, the packaging composite material can extend the shelf life of products which need to be stored in the dark.

Bonding Method and Conveyor Belt
A method is provided for adhering prescribed adherend rubbers to one another using a rubber for adhesion obtained from a rubber composition for adhesion containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (X2) and an organic peroxide (Y2) at the adhesion interface between the adherend rubbers. The ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (X2) contained in the rubber composition for adhesion contains an ethylene-1-butene copolymer. The ethylene-1-butene copolymer satisfies prescribed values of the number average molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution. The content of the ethylene-1-butene copolymer is from 60 to 100 mass % of the total mass of the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (X2).
ELECTRON BEAM CURABLE PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE COMPRISING ACRYLIC POLYMER WITH BOUND VINYL GROUP
The invention relates to a process for making e-Beam curable pressure sensitive adhesive compositions by derivatizing an acrylic polymer having one or more hydroxy groups or one or more acid groups with a derivatizing agent prepared from a hydroxy-functional acrylate monomer and a diisocyanate. The pressure sensitive adhesive can be effectively cured without a photoinitiator or reactive diluent. Also disclosed are e-Beam curable pressure sensitive adhesives made with the derivatizing agent and methods for adhering substrates with the pressure sensitive adhesive compositions.
