Non-sticking tipping paper, preparation method and application method of the same

A non-sticking lip tipping paper is disclosed that includes a base paper, a color layer and a surface coating. The color layer is formed by printing and drying a color ink on the base paper; the surface coating includes a water-based glue and is coated thereon after drying the color layer. The water-based glue includes the following components by weight: 30-65 parts of a modified water-based resin solution, 10-20 parts of water, 8-15 parts of ethanol, and 5-12 parts of a water-based additive. The water-based additive is a mixture of a wax emulsion and magnesium silicate in a weight ratio of 1:5. A preparation method and a method of applying the non-sticking lip tipping paper are also disclosed.

COMPRESSIBLE PRESSURE-SENSITIVE STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE FILM BASED ON A LATENT REACTIVE COMPOSITION
20220363955 · 2022-11-17 · ·

A pressure-sensitive structural adhesive film based on an epoxy resin composition, wherein the epoxy resin composition comprises a latent-reactive, thermally activatable curing agent for producing a structural bond after thermal curing and additionally a curing agent that cross-links at room temperature, wherein the not-cured adhesive film is compressible and therefore allows for tolerance compensation.

RESIN COMPOSITION FOR PROVISIONAL FIXATION, SUPPORT TAPE FOR SUBSTRATE CONVEYANCE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ELECTRONIC DEVICE
20220363954 · 2022-11-17 ·

A resin composition for temporary fixing of a support for substrate conveyance to an organic substrate, the resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin, a thermosetting resin, and an inorganic filler. When the resin composition is formed into a film that is then heated for 30 minutes at 130° C. and for 2 hours at 170° C., the film obtains an elastic modulus of 350 to 550 MPa at 25° C.

DICING DIE ATTACH FILM AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME, AND SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

A dicing die attach film including a dicing film and a die attach film laminated on the dicing film, in which the die attach film has an arithmetic average roughness Ra1 of from 0.05 to 2.50 μm at a surface in contact with the dicing film, and a value of ratio of Ra1 to an arithmetic average roughness Ra2 at a surface that is of the die attach film and is opposite to the surface in contact with the dicing film is from 1.05 to 28.00.

Protective film, display module, display assembly, method for preparing display assembly and display device

The present disclosure discloses a protective film, a display module, a display assembly, a method for preparing the display assembly and a display device. The protective film is configured to be attached to a surface on a display side of the flexible display substrate before a mother set is cut. The protective film includes a base material layer, a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer, wherein the first adhesive layer is located on the side, facing the flexible display substrate, of the base material layer; the viscosity of the first adhesive layer is 0.5 gf/inch to 1.5 gf/inch; the second adhesive layer is located on the side, facing the flexible display substrate, of the base material layer, is independently arranged relative to the first adhesive layer; and the viscosity of the second adhesive layer is 3 gf/inch to 4 gf/inch.

ADHESIVE WALL MOUNT SYSTEMS CONFIGURED FOR SEQUENTIAL RELEASE OF ADHESIVE

An adhesive mounting system is configured such that segments of the adhesive system will sequentially release upon application of a pull force or other removal force.

ADHESIVE TAPE STRIP WITH END LOCATOR
20220363950 · 2022-11-17 ·

An adhesive tape that provides a unique easy end locator which enables the user to find the terminal end of a tape. The adhesive tape is formed of multiple segments, where each segment includes a backing material that is the carrier of an adhesive layer, with perforations defined transversely across the longitudinal length of the backing to define multiple segments. Each segment has a unique, effortless end locator, a small area free of adhesive, located at the beginning of each segment, being an integral part of the backing material. The perforations may be made at predetermined length between a preceding segment and a subsequent. The predetermined length may be a uniform length. The final product may be carried on a core and formed into a roll. The tape can be used in fields where a predetermined length is desired. The lengths of multiple tapes can cover unlimited areas of use.

Application of linerless labels

A method of applying a linerless label to an article wherein a web of joined labels is die cut from a web of label material in which the adhesive is protected by a water-soluble coating which provides a cushion between an anvil and die cutting means. The water-soluble coating is at least partially removed by exposure to water in a press following die-cutting, in a label applicator, or in an off-line unit. The web of joined labels may be wound and unwound between each of the above options. The web of joined labels may be separated in a label applicator by breaking a weakened boundary between adjoining labels or by cutting at a boundary between the label and the adjoining label. The linerless label may contain anti-counterfeit means that may be subsequently identified overtly and/or covertly.
