A smart zipper includes: a fastener stringer including two rows of zipper teeth and a joint at one end of the two rows of zipper teeth for fixedly connecting the one end of the two rows of zipper teeth; a slider, including two lateral limiting portions, the two lateral limiting portions having conductive properties, and the two lateral limiting portions respectively electrically contacting outer edges of the two rows of zipper teeth; and a resistance measuring chip electrically connected to the two lateral limiting portions of the slider respectively, wherein the resistance measuring chip, the slider and the fastener stringer form a conductive loop. The resistance measuring chip is used for measuring the resistance value of the conductive loop, and outputting a measurement signal. The smart zipper provided by the present disclosure can detect its own closed state. Therefore, the user can know the closed state of the zipper in real time to avoid embarrassment or property loss due to unclosed zipper.

A watertight slide fastener includes two tapes each having a waterproof layer. Each of the two tapes includes an inner edge on which a plurality of consecutively disposed scoops and an upper stopper scoop made of a rigid plastic are mounted. A first end of each upper stopper scoop is contiguous to the last one of the plurality of scoops. A second end of each upper stopper scoop has an extension. A top end stop is formed on upper and lower faces of each of the two tapes by an elastomer and envelops an upper face and a lower face of each extension. Each of two outer sides of the top end stop has a shoulder. A slider includes an upper body and a lower body interconnected to the upper body by a diamond. Each of two sides of the upper and lower bodies has a flange.

A watertight slide fastener includes two tapes each having a waterproof layer. Each of the two tapes includes an inner edge on which a plurality of consecutively disposed scoops and an upper stopper scoop made of a rigid plastic are mounted. A first end of each upper stopper scoop is contiguous to the last one of the plurality of scoops. A second end of each upper stopper scoop has an extension. A top end stop is formed on upper and lower faces of each of the two tapes by an elastomer and envelops an upper face and a lower face of each extension. Each of two outer sides of the top end stop has a shoulder. A slider includes an upper body and a lower body interconnected to the upper body by a diamond. Each of two sides of the upper and lower bodies has a flange.

A slide fastener includes first and second stringers, an intermediate body, a first slider, and a second slider. The first and second stringers are separated by a first lateral distance in a first longitudinal portion, the first and second stringers are separated by a second lateral distance in a second longitudinal portion. A transition portion extending along at least a portion of a longitudinal extent of the intermediate body interposes the first and second longitudinal portions, and the second lateral distance is greater than the first lateral distance.

A slide fastener includes first and second stringers, an intermediate body, a first slider, and a second slider. The first and second stringers are separated by a first lateral distance in a first longitudinal portion, the first and second stringers are separated by a second lateral distance in a second longitudinal portion. A transition portion extending along at least a portion of a longitudinal extent of the intermediate body interposes the first and second longitudinal portions, and the second lateral distance is greater than the first lateral distance.

A fastener tape includes a mounting part for mounting a fastener element and a sewing part for sewing a fabric. The mutually adjoining sides of the mounting part and sewing part are integrally connected to each other. Another side of the mounting part which is spaced distantly from the sewing part provides a fastener element mounting side for mounting the fastener element. The sewing part is constituted of a plain weave texture.

A plurality of warp threads includes total N adjacent tightening threads each repeats crossing over N second legs at a side of the first tape-surface and crossing over the weft thread at a side of the second tape-surface so as to tighten the coil-shaped element to the weft thread. Said N indicates a natural number equal to or greater than 2. Each tightening thread includes an exposed portion that crosses over the weft thread and is exposed at a side of the second tape-surface. As the N adjacent tightening threads extend, the respective exposed portions of the tightening threads appear at a side of the second tape-surface one-by-one alternately or one-by-one sequentially.

A tape includes, in a cross-sectional shape: a first and a second portion which are configured to be at least partially in opposition. The first portion includes: thick portions provided in corresponding one of a first and a third region, out of the first, a second, and the third region in a width direction of the tape; a first and a second thin portion provided at respective both end portions, in the width direction, of the second region positioned between the first and the third region; and at least one intermediate portion provided between the first and the second thin portion.
