The polychloroprene latex composition contains a chloroprene (co)polymer (A) and an aromatic compound (B) having 7 to 10 carbon atoms, and the polychloroprene latex composition has a proportion of the aromatic compound (B) having 7 to 10 carbon atoms of 0.0012 to 0.15 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of solid content of the polychloroprene latex composition.

LATEX COMPOSITION AND ONE-PACK TYPE AQUEOUS ADHESIVE COMPOSED OF SAID LATEX COMPOSITION
A latex composition gives favorable initial adhesive strength after short drying period, shows storage stability and spray coating characteristics and gives a soft adhesive layer after drying and a one-pack type aqueous adhesive. The latex composition includes a chloroprene-based polymer latex (A) containing a chloroprene-based polymer in an amount of 50 to 85 mass % as solid matter and an acrylic polymer latex (B) having a glass transition temperature of 52 to 9 C. and containing an acrylic polymer containing a sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate having a structure represented by the Chemical Formula (1) in an amount of 15 to 50 mass % as solid matter, in a total amount of 100 parts by mass, and additionally at least one pH regulator (C) selected from boric acid, ammonium sulfate, and amino acids having an isoelectric point of 5.5 to 6.5 in an amount of 3 to 13 parts by mass as solid matter.

Disclosed is an aqueous adhesive composition which comprises an admixture of: (a) a first aqueous composition comprising, (i) one or more film forming polymers, (ii) one or more lower crystallinity polynitroso compounds, (iii) one or more higher crystallinity polynitroso compounds, and (iv) one or more bismaleimide-containing monomers; and (b) a second aqueous composition comprising (i) an aqueous dispersion of at least one phenolic resin which is a condensation product of a phenol and formaldehyde, wherein the aqueous dispersion is stabilized by at least one polyacrylate; (b) one or more latices formed from one or more halogenated polyolefins; and (c) one or more metal oxides.

CHLOROPRENE GRAFT COPOLYMER LATEX, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, BONDING AGENT AND ADHESIVE
Provided is a method for producing a chloroprene graft copolymer latex containing no organic solvent and exhibiting high adhesive strength even for soft polyvinyl chloride. A method for producing a chloroprene graft copolymer latex includes a chloroprene polymerization step of giving a chloroprene polymer latex and a graft copolymerization step of giving a chloroprene graft copolymer latex. The chloroprene polymerization step is a step of subjecting at least chloroprene (A-1) of chloroprene (A-1) and a monomer (A-2) copolymerizable with chloroprene (A-1) to emulsion radical polymerization. The graft copolymerization step is a step of adding, to the chloroprene polymer latex, a (meth)acrylate (B) and an organic peroxide (C) having an octanol/water partition coefficient of 2.0 or more and 3.0 or less to subject the chloroprene polymer to graft copolymerization with the (meth)acrylate (B) at a temperature of 10 C. or more and 40 C. or less.

The spray adhesive includes an aqueous chloroprene dispersion, where the increase of the Shore A hardness of the formed adhesive film in 0 to 10 hours accounts for equal to or more than 90% of the increase of the Shore A hardness of the formed adhesive film in 0 to 1000 hours; a styrene-acrylate copolymer dispersion having a solid content of 15% by weight to 25% by weight, relative to the total weight of solids of the aqueous chloroprene dispersion; a polyol ester without hydroxyl groups in an amount of 0.9% by weight to 3.8% by weight, relative to the total weight of the aqueous spray adhesive; and an amino acid in an amount of 4% by weight to 15% by weight, relative to the total weight of the aqueous chloroprene dispersion.
