Double Open End Zipper for Both End Positioning-Based Luggage and its Method of Fabrication
A double open end zipper for both end positioning-based luggage includes first and second housing members respectively equipped with an N-shaped plastic strip at the rim thereof, and a double open end zipper including first and second zipper tapes respectively stitched to the N-shaped plastic strips at the first and second housing members in reversed directions with the box and pin of the first zipper tape respectively disposed adjacent to the pin and box of the second zipper tape subject to the guidance of a mark line at each N-shaped plastic strip, a seam allowance constraint block located at an outer rear side of the box of each of the first and second zipper tapes, two zipper sliders respectively coupled to first and second zipper tapes, allowing adjustment of the combined storage capacity defined in between the first and second housing members.
Slide fastener
A first stop member includes a first base and a first insert that is positioned between the first base and a first fastener element and is inserted into the slider via a rear mouth of a slider. A second stop member includes a second base and a second insert that is positioned between the second base and a second fastener element and is inserted into the slider via a second slit of the slider. The second insert moves toward the second slit of the slider in accordance with at least one or respective rotations of the first and second bases. A rotational axis with respect to the at least one or respective rotations of the first and second bases is positioned between the first tape region and the second tape region.

Slide fastener
A slide fastener includes a resin sheet that joins tapes on one surface among both surfaces of the tapes in a thickness direction, and that extends from a stop on a side opposite to element rows and is integral with the stop. The stop includes recesses on a boundary portion with the sheet of left and right side portions that respectively correspond to the tapes, and includes a recess region in a surface of the stop that is a region whose range in a left-right direction is defined by leftmost and rightmost ones of the recesses. A surface of the sheet includes a flat portion that is a region extending from the recess region toward the side opposite to the element rows.

SLIDE FASTENER, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STOP, AND MOLD DEVICE
Slide fastener (1) includes a pair of fastener stringers (2), at least one slider (5) for opening and closing the pair of fastener stringers (2), and a stop member (6,7) attached to a side-edge (32) of a fastener tape (3) at a position adjacent to the series of fastener elements. The stop member (6,7) has at least one thinned portion (61,71) having a thickness lesser than a thickness of the fastener element (4) and/or at least one through-hole (68) extending through the stop member (6,7) in an up-down direction. The thinned portion (61,71) and/or the through-hole (68) is configured to allow the stop member (6,7) to be produced by remolding one or more fastener elements (4). Alternative conditions are also disclosed.
Slide fastener
A zipper assembly including a left side tape configured with a plurality of left fastener teeth, and a right side tape configured with a plurality of right fastener teeth, defining together a zipper path, and at least one primary slider member slidingly displaceable along the zipper path for interlocking engagement or disengagement of left fastener teeth with corresponding right fastener teeth, wherein at least a portion of the zipper path is configured with a raceway extending through alternating neighboring left fastener teeth and right fastener teeth, said raceway configured for slidingly accommodating a flexible strip articulated at a first end thereof to the at least one slider member.
Interlocking zipper pull tabs and fastening system
A fastening system for a zipper is disclosed which includes locking or interlocking first and second zipper pull tabs. A first zipper pull tab comprises a first base, a hook extending from the first base, and a movable gate coupled to the first base. A second zipper pull tab comprises a second base, a cover coupled to the second base, and a post extending between the second base and the cover. For interlocking, the movable gate and hook are further coupled around the post to provide the interlocking configuration of the first and second zipper pull tabs. The first zipper pull tab may be utilized separately from the second zipper pull tab, such as to lock to a coupling ring or another component of a carrying bag.
Method of Sealing a Zipper Closure and a Sealed Zipper Assembly
A sealed zipper assembly includes a first zipper segment and a second zipper segment in overlapping relation to create a sealing zone. A sealing element is positioned in the sealing zone to prevent leakage between the first zipper segment and the second zipper segment.
