Compared with the non-hollow wearable device, the wearable device with the open structure is light in weight, thus the overall weight of the wearable device is reduced.

The elongated band and the second connector are configured so that when the system is worn on the limb of the user and connected to the card, the card is maintainable in a fixed relationship alongside and parallel to the limb of the user.
