An alert system notifies that the user is in an emergency. The screen includes technology compatible with an application on a phone or a computer. A GPS tracker identifies and displays a location of the user. The bracelet includes a back surface having a barcode to identify the bracelet. A locking mechanism prevents the user from removing the bracelet. The locking mechanism is unlocked by a tool to allow the bracelet to be removed.
