20170365195 · 2017-12-21 ·

A label assembly including one or more dissolvable thermal direct adhesive labels and methods of assembly and use. According to one embodiment, each label includes a base layer, a thermal direct layer, an adhesive layer, and a barrier layer. The base layer, which has an upper surface and a lower surface, is water-dissolvable and may be made of a water-dissolvable paper. The thermal direct layer is positioned directly over the upper surface of the base layer and functions in the conventional manner to produce markings therein in response to heat. The adhesive layer is water-dissolvable and is positioned below the lower surface of the base layer. The barrier layer, which is positioned directly below the lower surface of the base layer and directly over the adhesive layer, serves to prevent migration of the adhesive layer through the base layer and into contact with the thermal direct layer.

Adhesive sheet

[Problem] To provide a thermally expandable adhesive sheet which is tack-free in the state prior to use and exhibits high workability using a different means than that of related art. [Solution] The present invention provides a thermally expandable adhesive sheet (1) including: a substrate (3); two thermally expandable adhesive layers (5) each provided on either side of the substrate; and two adhesive permeable layers (7) each provided on a surface of the two adhesive layers, the adhesive permeable layers being permeable to the adhesive at the time of the thermal expansion of the adhesive. By heating the adhesive sheet, it is possible to expand the adhesive sheet while simultaneously allowing the adhesive to emerge on the outermost surface of the adhesive sheet.

Disclosed is display device including a display panel; a window disposed on the display panel; and an adhesive layer positioned between the display panel and the window, wherein the adhesive layer includes a polymer resin and a woven fiber.

DRYWALL JOINT TAPE WITH DUAL PURPOSE ADHESIVE BACKING

A joint tape to be applied to wallboard is provided and includes a base substrate having opposing sides. In certain embodiments, a first adhesive layer is applied to one of the sides of the base substrate and a second adhesive layer is applied to the first adhesive layer, where the first adhesive layer is different than the second adhesive layer. In certain other embodiments, two different adhesives are used in a single adhesive layer. In use, the joint tape is positioned over and removably secured to a joint or corner between adjacent wallboard panels using the first adhesive layer. After the joint tape is in position, joint compound is applied to the joint tape, and the water in the joint tape activates it to form a secure bond with the wallboard panels.

HEAT-SEALING BARRIER CELLULOSE FILM, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

The present disclosure provides a heat-sealing barrier cellulose film, and a preparation method and use thereof. In the present disclosure, the heat-sealing barrier cellulose film includes a separation layer, a regenerated cellulose support layer, and an adhesive layer that are laminated in sequence. The separation layer is prepared from a barrier coating (including a polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) emulsion, a first anti-sticking agent, and water); and the adhesive layer is prepared from an adhesive coating (an emulsion (including an acrylate emulsion and/or a polyurethane emulsion), a second anti-sticking agent, and water). The heat-sealing barrier cellulose film has high adhesion and barrier properties, can be directly heat-pressed with paper products, and shows a high adhesion strength with the paper products, thus meeting the requirements of bonding strength in coated paper.
