BASE FILM FOR DICING SHEETS AND DICING SHEET
A base film for dicing sheets that is used in a dicing sheet comprising the base film and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer laminated on one surface of the base film. The base film comprises at least a first resin layer that is in contact with the pressure sensitive adhesive layer of the dicing sheet and a second resin layer that comes into contact with the first resin layer when the base film for dicing sheets is wound up. The second resin layer has a crystallinity of 28% to 45%, The ratio of a tensile elastic modulus of the first resin layer to a tensile elastic modulus of the second resin layer is 1.2 to 3.0. The ratio of a thickness of the first resin layer to a thickness of the base film for dicing sheets is 25% to 80%.

A base film for dicing sheets includes the base film and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer laminated on one surface of the base film. The base film includes a first resin layer that is in contact with the pressure sensitive adhesive layer of the dicing sheet and a second resin layer that comes into contact with the first resin layer when the base film is wound up. The second resin layer has a crystallinity of 28% to 45% The ratio of a tensile elastic modulus of the first resin layer to a tensile elastic modulus of the second resin layer is 1.2 to 3.0. The ratio of a thickness of the first resin layer to a thickness of the base film is 20% to 60%.
Composite of adhesive films and shoe sole using same
Disclosed therein are adhesive films and a composite of the adhesive film, which can allow an outsole and a midsole to be simultaneously molded in manufacturing footwear. The adhesive film composite is formed of a polyester-type thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material, a polyethylene-based coupling agent, montan wax and fatty acid esters with pentaerythritol.
Rubber laminated resin composite
Provided is a rubber laminated resin composite comprising a polyamide-based resin molded product and rubber that is vulcanization bonded to the polyamide-based resin molded product; the polyamide-based resin molded product being molded from a polyamide-based resin that is blended with 0 to 70 wt. % of a filler based on the total amount of the filler and the polyamide-based resin, and that comprises an aliphatic amine compound having an amine equivalent of 950 or less in an amount of 0.045 mmol or more, preferably 0.050 to 2.0 mmol, more preferably 0.065 to 1.5 mmol, per g of the polyamide-based resin. The rubber laminated resin composite is produced by molding a polyamide-based resin that is blended or not blended with a filler, after the addition of an aliphatic amine compound thereto, and then vulcanization bonding of fluororubber or acrylic rubber to the obtained polyamide-based resin molded product.
RUBBER-METAL ADHESIVE
A rubber metal adhesive can be coated by screen printing, and can be effectively used for metal surface treatment at the time of forming a rubber-metal complex excellent in water resistance and heat resistance. The rubber metal adhesive comprises an organometallic compound, silica, magnesium silicate hydrate, and an organic solvent represented by the following general formula (I):

BASE FILM FOR DICING SHEET, DICING SHEET COMPRESING BASE FILM, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BASE FILM
Base film for a dicing sheet comprises a cutting-fragment suppression layer and an expandable layer laminated on one main surface of the cutting-fragment suppression layer. The expandable layer comprises at least one resin-based unit layer. The at least one resin-based unit layer includes a resin-based unit layer that is disposed nearest to the cutting-fragment suppression layer. The resin-based unit layer comprises a linear polyethylene, polypropylene, and thermoplastic elastomer. The cutting-fragment suppression layer comprises a ring-containing resin that is a thermoplastic resin having at least one type of an aromatic series-based ring and an aliphatic series-based ring and an acyclic olefin-based resin that is an olefin-based thermoplastic resin other than the ring-containing resin. The base film for such a dicing sheet is excellent in the expandability and recoverability.
ADHESIVE PRODUCTS IN SHEET FORM
A product, generally in sheet form, allowing adjustment in positioning on installation and subsequent removal, including a layer comprising crumb-rubber material, and having a first side and a second side. A coating of a low-grab pressure sensitive adhesive is applied directly to at least part of the exposed surface of the crumb-rubber material. The adhesive is determined to be a low-grab adhesive if, after 24 hours adhesive binding dwell-time, a 90 peel adhesion at 300 mm/minute, as measured by FINAT Test Method No. 2, of between 1.77 and 3.96 Newtons/25 mm width at room temperature (23 C.1 C.) and at a relative humidity of 50%5%.
FLOOR UNDERLAY
A product, generally in sheet form, and suitable for use as an underlay for a floor covering intended for permanent installation, including a layer comprising crumb-rubber material and having a first side and a second side. A coating of a high-grab pressure sensitive adhesive is applied directly to at least part of the exposed surface of the crumb-rubber material. The adhesive is determined to be a high-grab adhesive if, after 24 hours adhesive binding dwell-time, it has a 90 peel adhesion at 300 mm/minute, as measured by the FINAT Test Method No: 2, of between 4.35 and 21.76 Newtons/25 mm width at room temperature (23 C.1 C.) and at a relative humidity of 50%5%.
SOUND INSULATING STRUCTURE
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a sound insulating structure which provides a sufficient sound insulating effect even when an adhesive layer is arranged therein, and in which a shift in the frequency band where the sound insulating effect is generated is unlikely to occur. This sound insulating structure includes, at least: a sound insulating member that includes a sheet-like sheet section and plural projections arranged on the sheet section; and an adhesive layer arranged on a surface of the sheet section on the opposite side of the side provided with the projections, and the sound insulating structure satisfies the following Formula (1): E_glue/I_glue>0.5(E_membrane/H) (1) (wherein, E_glue (MPa): storage modulus of adhesive layer, I_glue (mm): average thickness of adhesive layer, E_membrane (MPa): storage modulus of sheet section and projections, and H (mm): average height of sheet section and projections).
Adhesive composition and rubber reinforcing material
The present invention relates to an adhesive composition including a latex (A), a polyurethane (B), an amine-based adhesion promoter (C), and a water-containing solvent (G). The composition is eco-friendly, has a low risk of fire, and has excellent adhesive strength.
