The present invention provides an adhesive composition that shows good adhesion to a polyolefin resin substrate and a metal substrate, and good electrolyte solution resistance, and also exhibits excellent heat resistance. The present invention also provides a laminate including an adhesive layer comprising the adhesive composition, a packaging material using the laminate for which heat resistance and electrolyte solution resistance are required, and a packaging material for a lithium-ion battery comprising the laminate as a constituent member. The adhesive composition comprises an acid-modified polyolefin (A), an isocyanate curing agent (B), and an acid anhydride group-containing compound (C), the acid anhydride group-containing compound (C) being present in an amount of 0.1 parts by mass or more and 20 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the acid-modified polyolefin (A).

A dual lap high strength adhesive for sheet membrane application, having reflectivity granular particle layer to fully bond to concrete/shotcrete, and a method of making, and using same. More particularly, the invention encompasses a below grade, blind side, waterproofing sheet membrane with an inventive high strength adhesive, and having at least one layer of reflectivity granular particle layer that are partly embedded into the adhesive layer, and where the average reflectivity of the exposed granular particles is below 55 percent reflectivity on a standard reflectivity scale. The innovative reflectivity granular particle layer system that is securely bonded to concrete or shotcrete can be used along a wall, a floor, a ceiling, or along any structure which requires water or moisture proofing. The inventive high strength adhesive is along at least one edge of the sheet membrane, and could also be used to embed the reflectivity granular particle.

A double-sided tape including: a first adhesive layer including about 100 parts by weight of an acrylic polymer, about 1 to about 2 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, and about 0.1 to about 0.18 parts by weight of carbon black; a foamed polymer layer disposed on the first adhesive layer, including a urethane foam; an interlayer polymer layer disposed on the foamed polymer layer, including a polyolefin (PO), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a polyester, or a combination thereof; and a second adhesive layer disposed on the interlayer polymer layer, including about 100 parts by weight of an acrylic polymer, about 1 to about 2 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, and about 0.1 to about 0.18 parts by weight of carbon black, wherein an overall thickness of the double-sided tape is in a range of about 0.4 millimeters to about 1.3 millimeters.

Protective film

A protective film 10 of the present invention includes a base material layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, and is used by being attached to a resin substrate 21 at the time of performing heat bending on the resin substrate 21. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer contains a polyolefin having a melting point of lower than 125° C. The base material layer has a first layer which contains a polyolefin having a melting point of 150° C. or higher, and a second layer which contains an adhesive resin. In a case of heating the protective film 100 having such a configuration, in a state of being interposed between two attaching substrates which are formed of polycarbonate, at 145° C. for 30 minutes, peeling off one attaching substrate on the side of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer at 25° C., and then viewing a surface of the one attaching substrate in a plan view, a residual ratio of an area where the pressure sensitive adhesive layer remains is 5% or less.

Said solution is provided by an adhesive tape with differing adhesive power on the two main sides, which comprises a) a polymer foam layer and b) an outer adhesive compound layer and/or an outer thermoplastic film on one side of the polymer foam layer and is characterized in that, where the adhesive tape comprises an outer adhesive compound layer, the tape has a greater adhesive power on the side provided with the outer adhesive compound layer than on the opposing side and/or, where the adhesive tape comprises an outer thermoplastic film, the tape has a lower adhesive power on the side provided with the outer thermoplastic film than on the opposing side. The invention furthermore relates to the use of an adhesive tape according to the invention for sealing a joint between two components.

Protective film

A protective film of the present invention is used at the time of performing heat bending on the resin substrate, and includes a base material layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer adhered to a resin substrate, in which the base material layer includes a first layer which is positioned on an opposite side of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer and has a melting point of 150° C. or higher, and includes a second layer which is positioned on a pressure sensitive adhesive layer side and has a melting point of lower than 150° C., the pressure sensitive adhesive layer has a melting point of lower than 150° C., and MFR of a thermoplastic resin contained in the second layer, which is measured in conformity with JIS K7210, is in a range of 0.5 g/10 min to 4.0 g/10 min.
