This disclosure discloses an adhesive tape having a dimension in a thickness direction, comprising a tape base layer, an adhesive layer, a separation material, and a separation layer. The adhesive layer is disposed on one side of the tape base layer in the thickness direction and is including a predetermined adhesive. The separation material separably adheres to the adhesive layer, and is provided on the one side of the adhesive layer in the thickness direction. The separation layer is provided on the other side of the tape base layer in the thickness direction and is including an olefin resin separating agent or an acrylic resin separating agent having a long-chain alkyl group.
ADHESIVE COMPOSITION, ADHESIVE SHEET, AND BACK GRINDING METHOD FOR SEMICONDUCTOR WAFER
The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition including a polymer of a monomer mixture containing isobornyl (meth)acrylate, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and a semiconductor wafer backgrinding method. In the present invention, by using isobornyl (meth)acrylate which is a hard-type monomer and has a low hydrophilic property, a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having superior releasing and re-releasing properties and wettability with respect to the wafer, and having an excellent wafer-proofing property; a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet prepared by using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition; and a backgrinding method using the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet can be provided.
HOT-MELT ADHESIVE RESIN COMPOSITION AND HOT-MELT ADHESIVE RESIN LAMINATE
A hot-melt adhesive resin composition includes a modified polyolefin in which a functional group is introduced into a polyolefin, a solid phenol resin, and a crosslinking agent, wherein the content of the modified polyolefin is 10 parts by mass or more and 40 parts by mass or less, based on 100 parts by mass of the total of the modified polyolefin and the solid phenol resin, and the modified polyolefin and the crosslinking agent are mixed so that a functional group possessed by the crosslinking agent is more than 1.0 equivalent and 5.0 equivalents or less, based on 1.0 equivalent of a functional group possessed by the modified polyolefin.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR A TEMPERATURE RELEASED ADHESIVE STRUCTURE FOR USE WITH BANDAGES
An adhesive article that remains securely bonded to a substrate until a stimuli is applied. The article may be embodied as an adhesive tape, a bandage, or as other articles. The stimuli may be a change in temperature or application of a reduction that causes a structure within the article to break, creak, or otherwise disrupt to expose the adhesive to a solvent, such as via a difference in Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) or by exposing the article to a glass transition temperature.
Adhesive tape and solar assembly and article made thereof
The invention provides a frameless photo-energy assembly including a photo-energy converter, wherein an edge of the photo-energy converter is sealed by an adhesive tape, comprising an adhering layer for adhesion and cushioning; and an aging-resistant protective layer. The adhering layer is used to contact the edge of an article and comprises: a substrate layer; optionally, a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer situated at both sides of the substrate layer oppositely, wherein the first adhesive layer being used to be contact with the article. The aging-resistant protective layer is situated on the adhering layer, which comprises: an optional primer layer, which is situated on the adhering layer; and a film layer, which is situated on either the primer layer or the substrate or the second adhesive layer. The invention further provides an adhesive tape for sealing an edge of an article and an article made of the assembly.
METHOD FOR FABRIC-ELASTOMER BONDING
A method for bonding a fabric to a polyolefin elastomer. The method comprises applying to the fabric: (a) from 10 to 90 wt % of an aqueous dispersion of a thermoplastic polymer; and (b) from 90 to 10 wt % of an aqueous dispersion of a rosin, wherein percentages are based on total dry weight of thermoplastic polymer and rosin.
TRANSPARENT PROTECTIVE LAYER AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING SAME
A transparent protective layer and an electronic device including a transparent protective layer are provided. The transparent protective layer includes a first transparent plate having a first surface facing in a first direction and a second surface facing in a second direction opposite to the first direction; and an adhesive layer disposed on the second surface of the first transparent plate. The adhesive layer includes a first adhesive layer having a first adhesive force, and a second adhesive layer having a second adhesive force, which is less than the first adhesive force.
Separator
A separator containing a substrate and a release layer formed on at least one side of the substrate wherein the separator shows a strain of not more than 7% when a load of 5N/20 mm is applied for one minute in the pulling direction, and when the substrate is cut in half in the thickness direction to divide the separator into two, an apparent elastic modulus in the pulling direction of one of the divided separators is larger than an apparent elastic modulus in the pulling direction of the other divided separator.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet
Provided is a PSA sheet highly durable against repeated deformation and suited for use in a flexible device as well. The PSA sheet provided by this invention comprises a PSA layer. The PSA sheet shows a recovery rate at 100% elongation of 70% or higher. The PSA layer shows a displacement of 0.5 mm or greater according to the following holding power test: <Holding Power Test> At 23° C., the PSA layer is applied over a 10 mm wide by 20 mm long bonding area to a Bakelite plate as an adherend; a 1 kg load is applied in the length direction; after one hour, the displacement from the initial position where first applied is determined.
