A fastening tape, mechanical fastener, methods of making them, and personal hygiene articles including them are disclosed. The fastening tape includes a tape backing having a fastening portion, an adhesive disposed on the fastening portion, and a release surface for the adhesive. The release surface is a either a release tape attached along one of its edges to the tape backing or a release coating disposed on at least a portion of a surface of the tape backing. At least one of the tape backing or the release surface comprises a microporous film having an opaque, microporous region and at least one see-through region of lower porosity within the opaque, microporous region. The mechanical fastener includes such a microporous film and mechanical fastening elements on at least one surface. The at least one see-through region extends through the thickness of the microporous film.
Pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tire
Provided is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires that enables continuous and efficient labeling on tires using a labeling apparatus. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet includes a release material (C), a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B1), a first substrate (A1), a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B2), and a second substrate (A2), in this order, and satisfies Requirement (1): in a planar view of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, the outline of the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B1) exists inside the outline of the second substrate (A2); and Requirement (2): the MD stiffness of the second substrate (A2), measured in the Gurley method according to JIS L 1085, is 0.10 mN or more.
MOISTURE BARRIER MATERIAL
A moisture barrier material including a carrier, an adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the carrier, and a release treated liner, wherein the moisture barrier material has a nonplanar shape, and a method for manufacturing the same.
Product with protective coating and manufacturing method thereof
The application provides a product with a protective coating and a manufacturing method thereof. Prepare a first precursor dispersion comprising a first active organic precursor, and the first active organic precursor is a fluorine-free monomer. Prepare a second precursor dispersion comprising a second active organic precursor, and the second active organic precursor is a fluorine-containing monomer. Apply the first precursor dispersion to a product body, and dry the applied first precursor dispersion to form a first dried layer. Apply the second precursor dispersion to the first dried layer to cover the first dried layer, and dry the applied second precursor dispersion to form a second dried layer, so that the first active organic precursor and the second active organic precursor are polymerized to obtain a product with a protective coating.
Print protection film
Provided is a paint protection film having high curved surface conformability and high antifouling ability. A paint protection film, including: (a) a coating layer formed by using a silicon-containing fluororesin and an isocyanate-based crosslinker; (b) a urethane layer; and (c) an adhesive layer.
PRODUCT WITH PROTECTIVE COATING
The application provides a product with a protective coating.
Methods of forming uncured sealant assemblies and using such assemblies for sealing and bonding parts
Described herein are methods of forming uncured sealant assemblies and also methods of forming seals between various parts using such assemblies. In some examples, an uncured sealant assembly comprises two protective layers and an uncured sealant layer, disposed in between. The uncured sealant assembly is stored and provided at a cure-inhibiting temperature, selected to minimize the curing rate of the uncured sealant layer. The size and the shape of the uncured sealant layer are specifically selected to ensure the complete coverage of the faying surfaces, filling of all gaps and voids between the faying surfaces, and controlling the shape and size of uncured sealant squeeze out between the faying surfaces. In some examples, the size and shape of the uncured sealant layer maybe be specifically selected to have no uncured sealant squeeze out between parts.
RELEASE LAYER INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE FLUOROSILICON COMPOUND
Various embodiments disclosed related to a release layer including at least one fluorosilicon compound, and to related aspects such as methods for display device substrate processing. In various embodiments is a method of processing a display device substrate. The method can include securing the display device substrate to a carrier substrate with an adhesive delamination layer and a release layer between the adhesive delamination layer and the display device substrate. The release layer includes a cured product of a precursor release layer composition. The precursor release layer composition includes at least one fluorosilicon compound.
