NOVEL POLYFLUOROALKYLATED ALKENES AND SILICONE COMPOUNDS PREPARED THEREFROM
Novel polyfluoroalkylated alkenes and silicone compounds prepared therefrom are described.
METHOD OF PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE
A method for preparing and applying a polyurethane adhesive comprises: mixing a part A component and a part B component of a polyurethane compound; pouring the polyurethane compound onto a first non-stick film positioned on a planar mold; placing a second non-stick film on an upper surface of the polyurethane compound; applying a pressure to the first non-stick film and/or the second non-stick film to give the polyurethane compound a specified thickness; allowing the polyurethane compound to solidify for a first period of time to form a non-tack polyurethane adhesive; cutting the polyurethane adhesive and the two non-stick films according to a size of the mating surfaces of the two objects to be joined together; placing the cut polyurethane adhesive in contact with one of the mating surfaces and hold the other mating surface in contact with the polyurethane adhesive; and heating and applying pressure to the cut polyurethane adhesive.
HEAT-SEALING BARRIER CELLULOSE FILM, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a heat-sealing barrier cellulose film, and a preparation method and use thereof. In the present disclosure, the heat-sealing barrier cellulose film includes a separation layer, a regenerated cellulose support layer, and an adhesive layer that are laminated in sequence. The separation layer is prepared from a barrier coating (including a polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) emulsion, a first anti-sticking agent, and water); and the adhesive layer is prepared from an adhesive coating (an emulsion (including an acrylate emulsion and/or a polyurethane emulsion), a second anti-sticking agent, and water). The heat-sealing barrier cellulose film has high adhesion and barrier properties, can be directly heat-pressed with paper products, and shows a high adhesion strength with the paper products, thus meeting the requirements of bonding strength in coated paper. The heat-sealing barrier cellulose film shows high moisture resistance and oxygen resistance, and exerts excellent fragrance retention, freshness retention, and moisture resistance.
Product with protective coating
The application provides a product with a protective coating. Prepare a first precursor dispersion comprising a first active organic precursor, and the first active organic precursor is a fluorine-free monomer. Prepare a second precursor dispersion comprising a second active organic precursor, and the second active organic precursor is a fluorine-containing monomer. Apply the first precursor dispersion to a product body, and dry the applied first precursor dispersion to form a first dried layer. Apply the second precursor dispersion to the first dried layer to cover the first dried layer, and dry the applied second precursor dispersion to form a second dried layer, so that the first active organic precursor and the second active organic precursor are polymerized to obtain a product with a protective coating.
Moisture barrier material
A moisture barrier material including a carrier, an adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the carrier, and a release treated liner, wherein the moisture barrier material has a non-planar shape.
