ADHESIVE ARTICLE COMPRISING A POLY(METH)ACRYLATE-BASED PRIMER LAYER AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
An adhesive article comprising a poly(meth)acrylate-based primer layer and methods of making same. The article can include a backing, a primer layer located on a first major surface of the backing, and a silicone-based adhesive located on the primer layer. The primer layer can be derived from a primer precursor comprising poly(meth)acrylate functionalities. The method can include applying a primer precursor onto a first major surface of a backing, the primer precursor comprising a compound comprising poly(meth)acrylate functionalities; irradiating the primer precursor; applying an adhesive on the irradiated primer precursor; and irradiating the adhesive and the irradiated primer precursor to form a primer layer located between the adhesive and the first major surface of the backing.
TRANSFER SHEET AND HARD COAT BODY USING SAME
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a transfer sheet capable of providing hard coat properties and excellent weather resistance to a resin molded article such as organic glass. The transfer sheet has, in order, a base material film for mold release, a hard coat layer, a primer layer, and an adhesive layer. The weather resistance and adhesiveness of the hard coat layer and the primer layer are improved and hard coat properties and excellent weather resistance can be provided to a resin molded article being the transfer object, as a result of: the hard coat layer being formed from a cured product of a resin composition including a curable resin; and the primer layer being formed from a binder resin including a polyurethane having a mass-average molecular weight of 40,000-100,000 and including 1-30% by mass of an acrylic component.

Pressure sensitive adhesive film and method of manufacturing organic electronic device using the same
Provided are a pressure-sensitive adhesive film and a method of manufacturing an organic electronic device using the same. The pressure-sensitive adhesive film that may effectively block moisture or oxygen penetrated into an organic electronic device from an external environment, and exhibit reliability under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high humidity and excellent optical characteristics is provided.
Method for producing electrode/separator laminate, and lithium-ion rechargeable battery
To provide a method for producing an electrode/separator laminate which, when producing the electrode/separator laminate by subjecting the electrode and separator with adhesive layer to thermocompression bonding, the separator and the electrode can be bonded with adequate adhesion, without detriment to ion conductivity. [Solution] This method for producing an electrode/separator laminate includes a step in which a separator with adhesive layer comprising a porous polyolefin film having an adhesive layer at least on one side, and an electrode which has an electrode active substance layer containing an electrode active substance and an electrode binder, are laminated in such a manner that the adhesive layer and the electrode active substance layer touch one another, and are subsequently subjected to thermocompression.
Urea-based and urethane-based pressure senstive adhesive blends
Adhesive compositions include a blend of a non-siloxane polyurea-based polymer, a non-siloxane polyurethane-based polymer, or a blend of a non-siloxane polyurea-based and non-siloxane polyurethane-based with at least one (meth)acrylate-based pressure sensitive adhesive. The non-siloxane polyurea-based polymer or non-siloxane polyurethane-based polymer is free of free radically polymerized groups. The adhesive composition is a self-wetting, optically clear pressure sensitive adhesive. The adhesive compositions can be coated on substrates to form adhesive articles.
PRIMER FOR ADHESIVE TAPES
Primer for adhesive tape with improved adhesion promoting properties, comprising a mixture G, which is dissolved or dispersed in one or more solvents, consisting of at least one copolymer obtained by copolymerization of a monomer mixture comprising an amount of at least 90 wt % of the following monomers: vinylcaprolactam and/or vinylpyrrolidone; one or more of the monomers a) and/or b): a) acrylic acid ester of a linear, primary alcohol having 2 to 10 carbon atoms in the alkyl group of the alcohol, b) acrylic acid ester of a branched, non-cyclic alcohol having 3 to 12 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, at least one chlorinated polyolefin, and at least one metal compound selected from the group consisting of metal acetylacetonates, metal alkoxides and alkoxy-metal acetylacetonates.
