RELEASE FILM
The present invention provides a release film having good releasability such that a release force is light, and also suppresses silicone transfer from the film surface. The present invention relates to a release film having a surface layer on a substrate layer, in which a main component of the surface layer is a resin component, the resin component contains a modified acrylic-based resin having a polysiloxane component, and a relationship between a ratio M.sub.T of a content of silicon to a content of all elements existing on an outermost surface of the surface layer and a ratio M.sub.B of a content of silicon to a content of all elements existing at a position in a depth of 10 nm from the outermost surface of the surface layer vertically toward the substrate layer satisfies (i) 5M.sub.T/M.sub.B30 or (ii) M.sub.B=0, and 8.5M.sub.T30.

RELEASE LINER FOR SILICONE ADHESIVE LAYER, AND LAMINATE AND ROLL BODY INCLUDING THE RELEASE LINER
Object To provide a non-fluorine-based release liner having excellent heat-resistant stability of releasability and release strength that may be applied to a silicone adhesive layer, and a laminate and a roll body including the release liner. Resolution Means A release liner for a silicone adhesive layer according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a substrate and a release layer on at least one surface of the substrate, and the release layer contains poly(meth)acrylic acid ester, the poly(meth)acrylic acid ester is a polymer of a polymerizable component containing an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer having a branched alkyl group having 8 or more carbon atoms.
PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE COMPRISING (METH) ACRYLIC POLYMER AND AMINO ACID CROSSLINKER
A pressure sensitive adhesive composition is described that comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer comprising polymerized units of (meth)acrylic ester monomer having a Tg less than 0 C. and ethylenically unsaturated monomer comprising a pendent functional group crosslinked with an amine or carboxylic acid group of at least one amino acid. Also described are aqueous pressure sensitive adhesive compositions, adhesive-coated articles, and methods.
Method for pre-applied waterproofing
Disclosed is a waterproofing membrane that comprises a carrier sheet, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of the carrier sheet, and a protective coating layer on the adhesive layer. The protective coating layer comprises polyvinyl acetate (PVAc). The protective coating layer protects the membrane against weather exposure, tolerates foot traffic and strongly adheres to concrete cast against it.
ACRYLIC POLYVINYL ACETAL FILMS & COMPOSITION
A film is described comprising a (meth)acrylic polymer and a polyvinyl acetal (e.g. butyral) resin. In some embodiments, the film has a glass transition temperature (i.e. Tg) ranging from 30? C. to 60? C. In some embodiments, the film has a gel content of at least 20% or greater. In some embodiments, the film has an elongation at break of at least 175%. The film typically comprises photoinitiator as a result of the method by which the film was made. The film may be a monolithic film or a layer of a multilayer film.
Processing tape and method of fabricating a semiconductor device using the same
A processing tape may include a base layer, an adhesive layer disposed on the base layer, a protection release film on the adhesive layer, and a first release layer interposed between the adhesive layer and the protection release film. The first release layer may include a silicone-based material and may be non-photo-curable.
DIGITAL PRINTED DUCT TAPE
An adhesive tape is provided comprising a duct tape having an adhesive surface and a non-adhesive surface, a white ink printed on the non-adhesive surface of the duct tape, and a colored ink printed on top of the printed white ink. The white ink and the colored ink are digitally printed and UV curable. A self-wound roll of adhesive duct tape having digitally printed ink on the non-adhesive surface of the duct tape is also provided.
Acrylic polyvinyl acetal films and composition
A film is described comprising a (meth)acrylic polymer and a polyvinyl acetal (e.g. butyral) resin. In some embodiments, the film has a glass transition temperature (i.e. Tg) ranging from 30? C. to 60? C. In some embodiments, the film has a gel content of at least 20% or greater. In some embodiments, the film has an elongation at break of at least 175%. The film typically comprises photoinitiator as a result of the method by which the film was made. The film may be a monolithic film or a layer of a multilayer film.
RELEASE AGENT COMPOSITION, RELEASE SHEET, AND ADHESIVE BODY
The release agent composition of the invention contains a rubber elastomer (A) and an acrylic polymer (B) containing a structural unit derived from a long-chain alkyl (meth)acrylate (b1) represented by the following formula (1):
##STR00001##
wherein R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and R.sup.2 represents a branched alkyl group having 10 to 30 carbon atoms.
