MONOWEB BARRIER FILMS FOR COLD-SEAL APPLICATIONS
Disclosed are compositions, structures, and methods for monoweb barrier films for cold-seal applications. The monoweb barrier film may include a core having a first side and a second side. Further, the monoweb barrier film may include a first skin layer immediate to the first side, wherein the first skin layer comprises an ethylene-vinyl-alcohol-based or a polyvinyl-alcohol-based coating that is receptive to one or more cold-seal adhesives. Further still, the monoweb barrier film may include a second skin layer immediate to the second side, wherein the second skin layer comprises a treated surface, wherein the first skin layer is antiblocking to the second skin layer in a reel.
Polyolefin bonding adhesive film
A polyolefin bonding adhesive film includes a support base layer and a bonding adhesive layer formed on a side surface of the support base layer by co-extrusion. The support base layer is a polypropylene film. The bonding adhesive layer is formed of a first polyolefin copolymer modified by maleic anhydride. The first polyolefin copolymer is formed by copolymerization of at least two kinds of C2 to C4 olefin molecules, a first graft ratio of the maleic anhydride grafted onto the first polyolefin copolymer is between 0.5% and 5%, and a first melt index of the first polyolefin copolymer is between 3 g/10 min and 5 g/10 min.
ETHYLENE-VINYL ALCOHOL COPOLYMER COMPOSITION, AND MONOLAYER FILM AND MULTILAYER STRUCTURE CONTAINING THE SAME
An ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer composition, a single-layer film and a multilayer structure containing the same. The ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer composition includes an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, an antioxidant, and a fluorine-containing compound; and the ratio of the antioxidant content to the fluorine content is 0.5 to 65. Thereby, the film containing said ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer composition not only has good heat resistance, but also can avoid the situation that a large number of gels are generated during the preparation process.
