Tool having interconnected links that form at least a portion of a wearable accessory
A tool is provided that includes a plurality of links including at least three links movably interconnected to one another to form at least a portion of a wearable accessory, such as a bracelet. The plurality of links are articulatable so as to alternately assume a first configuration in which the plurality of links extend linearly, a second configuration in which the plurality of links are curved about an axis in a first direction and a third configuration in which the plurality of links are curved about the axis in a second direction, opposite the first direction. The plurality of links are configured to permit limited motion in a direction parallel to the axis prior to becoming structurally rigid. At least one link includes at least one tool function. A clasp and a receiver are also provided to facilitate the functionality and versatility of the resulting wearable accessory.
WATCH BAND
A watch strap with a plurality of quickly interchangeable, decorative plates attached to express a person's characteristic or style. The watch strap allows for the removal of decorative plates on the watch strap via manipulating a tab attached to the plates. Another variation of the invention is to depress a button, attached to the plate, beneath the watch strap. The plates may also be removably secured via a plurality of screws.
Wristlet with links made of a hard material
A wristlet including a first row with at least one central link, a second row and a third row disposed respectively on either side of the first row and each including at least one lateral link, a connecting rod positioned in the three aligned holes of the first, second and third rows. The lateral link is hollow and includes in its hollow an insert delimited by two external lateral walls, the connecting rod including at each end a first banking and a second banking respectively bearing on a portion of the external lateral wall when the lateral link pivots about the connecting rod so as to limit the amplitude of rotation of the central link about the connecting rod.
ELEMENT FOR A MODULAR JEWEL, AS WELL AS A MODULAR JEWEL COMPRISING SUCH ELEMENT
A linking element for a modular jewel includes a single and continuous body showing at least one first portion, at least one second portion and at least one third portion, wherein at least one section of the at least one first portion is in close proximity to at least one portion of the at least one second portion, the at least one first portion, the at least one second portion and the at least one third portion delimiting between them at least one first through-opening through the body, wherein the at least one first portion and the at least one second portion are separated from each other by the at least one split selectively expandable/shrinkable to delimit/occlude an access passage to the at least one through-opening.
STRAP FOR A WEARABLE DEVICE
A strap for a wearable device configured to secure to a portion of a body of a user can include a base and a plurality of strap members secured to portions of the base. In some implementations, the base is made of a first material and each of the plurality of strap members are made of a second material, the first material being more pliable than the second material. In some implementations, the base includes a plurality of openings spaced from one another along a length of the base and a plurality of stems. In some implementations, each of the plurality of strap members is a channel secured to one of the stems. In some implementations, the first material includes at least one of rubber and silicone and the second material is a metallic material.
JEWELRY LINK
A jewelry link having a first portion having an end, legs extending from the end and terminating in first portion end faces, and a first cross section; and a second portion having an end, legs extending from the end and terminating in second portion end faces, and a second cross section. An outer circumferential portion of the legs of the first portion are attached to an outer circumferential portion of the legs of the second portion. The first portion end faces and the second portion end faces are visible.
SEGMENTED ATTACHMENT DEVICE
A wrist band for attaching a portable electronic device to a user includes articulating segments which may be releasably connected so as to provide the user the capability of sizing the wristband by adding or removing links as desired. A clasp is also disclosed for securing the wristband to a user. A manufacturing device and method are disclosed for machining complex surfaces on the segments and clasp.
Watch band and watch
The present invention relates to the technical field of wearable devices, and in particular, to a watch band and a watch. The watch band includes: a plurality of sequentially connected chain elements, wherein a connecting portion and a connecting groove are provided on each of the chain elements, and the connecting portion is connected to the connecting groove on another adjacent chain element by means of a connecting mechanism; the connecting mechanism comprises a shifting block assembly and two ejector pin assemblies symmetrically provided at two sides of the shifting block assembly; an accommodating cavity and a placement groove penetrating the accommodating cavity are provided on the connecting portion; two oppositely arranged jacks are provided on the connecting groove; and the shifting block assembly is located in the accommodating cavity and the two ejector pin assemblies are located in the placement groove.
Methods and apparatus for adaptable transformation of chains
The present invention(s) seeks to protect Applicant's link, link chain and methods of making, transforming and using such. The link, for use in series to form a multi-positionable link chain includes a through hole and a first and a second diagonal channel on a top and a bottom side running in opposite directions. Generally, the geometry of the links, and specifically, material removed from and/or sharpened edges of the through hole, the diagonal channels and/or corner portions of the modified rectangular solid links, is such to allow for relative rotation and/or multiple points of connection of adjacent links. The link chains of the present invention(s) are flexible in the length, width and height dimensions to allow adaptable transformation in a plurality of stable configurations. And they can include a clasp for ornamental and/or decorative use.
