Process for forming a laminate
The present disclosure provides a process for forming a laminate. The process includes (A) uniformly applying an isocyanate component to a first substrate, the isocyanate component containing an isocyanate compound; (B) uniformly applying an isocyanate-reactive component to a second substrate, the isocyanate-reactive component containing an amine-terminated compound; (C) bringing the first substrate and the second substrate together, thereby mixing and reacting the isocyanate component and the isocyanate-reactive component to form an adhesive composition between the first substrate and the second substrate; (D) curing the adhesive composition to bond the first substrate and the second substrate; and (E) forming the laminate.

Method of making zipper pouch
Provided is a process for preparing a zipper pouch, wherein the process comprises: A) forming a first laminate by a process comprising i) bringing together a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component to form an adhesive composition, ii) applying a layer of the adhesive composition to a layer of polyethylene terephthalate, iii) then contacting the layer of the adhesive composition with a layer of polyethylene having thickness of 80 micrometer or more; B) contacting a polymeric zipper construction to the first laminate at temperature of 200 C or higher. Also provided is a zipper pouch made by that process.
WASH-OFF LABEL
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wash-off label (2) comprising a face (1) and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer (4), wherein the face (1) comprises a thermoplastic film, and the method comprises applying an acrylic adhesive onto a first surface of the face (1), wherein the acrylic adhesive comprises a wash-off additive, the wash-off additive comprising are sinous material, and a grafted rosin ester which is a rosin ester grafted with a capped polyalkylene glycol, wherein the capped polyalkylene glycol is apolyalky lene glycol end-capped by an alkyl ether, and drying the acrylic adhesive in order to form an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive onto the first surface of the face (1), thereby obtaining the wash-off label (2). The invention further relates to a wash-off label.
ADHESIVE SHEET, ADHESIVE LAYER-EQUIPPED PLANAR HEATING ELEMENT, AND PLANAR HEATING MEMBER
Pressure sensitive adhesive sheet (1) includes a pressure sensitive adhesive layer (11) to be attached to a planar heating element. The average value of luminous transmittance of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer (11) in a wavelength region of 380 to 780 nm is 60% or more. The average value of luminous transmittance of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer (11) in a wavelength region of 800 to 1,000 nm is 60% or more. The adhesive strength for the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet (1) is 10 N/25 mm or more when measured through: preparing a laminate configured such that a polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 100 m and a soda-lime glass plate having a thickness of 1.1 mm are bonded together via the pressure sensitive adhesive layer (11); subjecting the laminate to 200 cycles of a heat shock test in which 35 C. and 70 C. are each applied for 30 minutes in alternation; and then peeling off a laminate of the polyethylene terephthalate film and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer from the soda-lime glass plate. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet (1) is suitable for attachment to a planar heating element.
