ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A removable module and a housing for an attachment system of a consumer product is described. The removable module includes a locking mechanism comprising a first portion having a substantially planar top surface and second portion that comprises a substantially non-planar bottom surface. The first portion and the second portion are coupled together. The locking mechanism also includes a first spring mechanism coupled between the first portion and the second portion. The first spring mechanism causes the first portion to be biased away from the second portion. The locking mechanism also includes a second spring mechanism. The second spring mechanism causes the substantially planar top surface of the first portion to be biased substantially flush with respect to the removable module and also causes the substantially non-planar bottom surface of the second portion to be biased proud with respect to the removable module.
RECONFIGURABLE DEVICE FOR MONITORING HEALTH METRICS
An electronic device includes a housing forming an enclosed chamber. The housing has a top portion and a bottom portion. One or more sensors is provided within the chamber and configured to interface with a user to generate physiological data associated with the user. A set of electrodes is provided on the bottom portion of the housing. Each electrode in the set of electrodes is a single member having a corresponding inner electrode portion within the chamber and an outer electrode portion outside the housing. A set of magnets is provided on the bottom portion of the housing.
System and method for enhancing the utility of smartwatches in combination with mechanical and other conventional watches
A system, and method for enhancing the utility inherent in the application of smartwatches, in functional combination with conventional watches, in a single watchband.
Watch with sealed housing and sensor module
Wearable electronic devices, such as watches, can provide a seal member to form a fluid barrier between an inner chamber therein and outer chambers, as well as an external environment. Components within the sealed inner chamber can be protected from elements from the external environment (e.g., water ingress, etc.). The components outside of the inner chamber can include sensor modules and the like. Such components can be operatively connected to components within the inner chamber, for example, by a flex circuit that extends across the seal member. The component can interact with a watchband when coupled to a watch housing of the watch.
LOCKING STRUCTURE, HOUSING ASSEMBLY, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Provided are a locking structure, a housing assembly, and an electronic device. The locking structure includes first and second structural bodies, a pressing member, and a clamped member. The first structural body is provided with first and second mounting portions. The second structural body includes a locking portion. The pressing member is movably provided at the first mounting portion. The clamped member is movably provided at the second mounting portion, and can be engaged with the locking portion. In mounting the second structural body to the first structural body, the clamped member is driven by the locking portion to move, and is restored so as to be engaged with the locking portion. In detaching the second structural body from the first structural body, the pressing member is pressed by an external force to drive the clamped member to move so as to be disengaged from the locking portion.
Patch housing for positioning a health monitoring device
A patch housing for receiving an electronic device is provided. The patch housing includes a flat substrate having a first surface and a second surface with adhesive on at least one of the first or second surfaces. The substrate further includes an opening. The patch housing further includes a set of electrodes included in the substrate. The patch housing further includes a set of connectors provided on the first surface of the substrate. Each connector in the set of connectors is configured to mechanically couple the electronic device to the substrate.
Electronic devices and systems
The disclosed system may include a watch band, a watch body comprising at least one image sensor configured to capture a wide-angle image, a coupling mechanism configured to detachably couple the watch body to the watch band, and at least one biometric sensor on at least one of the watch band or the watch body. Various other related methods and systems are also disclosed.
Structure of watchcase and watch strap connected based on magnetic attraction force
The application relates to a structure of a watch strap and a watchcase connected based on a magnetic attraction force. Two ends of the watchcase each are provided with a connection head, and two ends of the watch strap each are provided with a magnetic latching structure cooperated with the connection head. The magnetic latching structure includes a connecting head receiving recess and a first magnet. An opening matched with an engagement bolt is defined in the watch strap, the opening and the first magnet are positioned at two opposite sides of the connecting head receiving recess, the engagement bolt is positioned in the opening, a hollow groove is defined in the connection head and matched with the engagement bolt, and a second magnet is disposed at a top portion of the engagement bolt.
Band and wrist-worn device
A band to be attached to a wrist-worn device body including a case, a lug provided at a side face of the case, a pin supported by the lug, and an attachment face, the band including a band body, a coupler body member coupled to an end portion of the band body, the coupler body member being provided with a contact face abuttable against the attachment face and a guide groove into which the pin is insertable, and a fixing member attached to the coupler body member to be movable between a fixing position for biasing the pin, inserted into the guide groove, in a direction away from the attachment face to fix the coupler body member onto the wrist-worn device body, and an attaching-detaching position for enabling insertion of the pin into the guide groove and detachment of the pin inserted into the guide groove.
Wearable device, strap and engaging mechanism
The present application relates to a wearable device, a strap, and an engaging mechanism. The wearable device includes a watch body and a strap. The strap includes a strap body, a peg, a eject pin, and a linkage component. The strap body is provided with a receiving space, and the strap body is provided with a peg-sliding hole and a first through hole. One end of the peg passes through a peg-sliding hole and the other end is located in a receiving space of a watch body; the eject pin is located in the receiving space and can pass through the first through hole; the peg is configured to drive the eject pin to pop out from the first through hole via the linkage component and engage with the installation groove; the peg is further configured to drive the eject pin to move towards the receiving space.
