Reaction-curable adhesive, adhesive kit, and method of using reaction-curable adhesive

Provided is a reaction-curable adhesive that exhibits an excellent adhesive strength even under a low-temperature environment. The reaction-curable adhesive includes an epoxy compound and an amine compound, the reaction-curable adhesive being cured through a reaction between the epoxy compound and the amine compound, in which a compound having a specific molecular structure is used as at least one of the epoxy compound or the amine compound.

The present invention relates to binder compositions with improved amine components, and a method of manufacturing a collection of matter bound by said binder compositions.

FILM-FORMING COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SURFACE-TREATED METAL MEMBER, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING METAL-RESIN COMPOSITE

The coating film-forming composition includes an aromatic compound having an amino group and an aromatic ring in one molecule, and thio compound (sulfur oxoacids having a pKa of 1.9 or less and salts thereof are excluded). pH of the coating film-forming composition is 4 to 10. The thio compound is preferably one that ionized to form anions in a solution, and thiosulfate and thiocyanate are especially preferable. By bringing the coating film-forming composition into contact with the surface of a metal member, a coating film is formed on the surface of the metal member, so that a surface-treated metal member can be obtained.

Composite article

A composite article comprises a base layer and an adhesive layer disposed thereon. The base layer comprises the reaction product of a polyamide and an anhydride-functional copolymer, and an ionomer. The adhesive layer comprises a cationic polymer and an adhesive.

ADHESIVE COMPOSITIONS BASED ON GRAFTED RESINS

A curable adhesive that is particularly well suited for use in an injection or compression molding operation. The adhesive is based on polymeric resins having carboxylic acid and acrylate ester functionality, such as grafted phenoxy resin, and further constituents such as organic carbonates, blocked isocyanates, catalysts, maleimide compounds, hydride sources, and a carrier fluid. The curable adhesives are particularly well suited for bonding liquid injectable substrates such as liquid silicone rubber, or polyamides to rigid substrates, such as aluminum, stainless steel, or glass.

Thermally releasable adhesive member and display apparatus including the same

A thermally releasable adhesive member including a base resin and microcapsules dispersed and disposed in the base resin. The microcapsule includes a core part, a shell part wrapping the core part, and an organic solvent disposed in the core part, and an average diameter of the microcapsules is in a range from about 50 nm to about 500 nm. The adhesive member may maintain high optical transmittance and may be easily detached at a high temperature.
