ADHESIVE AND STRUCTURE, AND ADHESION METHOD
Provided is an adhesive that can provide quick bonding between thermoplastic resins and excellent bond strength, a structure having adhesion provided by the adhesive, and an adhesion method using the adhesive. The adhesive bonds a first member (11) containing a thermoplastic resin or a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin and a second member (12) containing the thermoplastic resin or the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin. The adhesive includes a thermoplastic resin as a main component containing a metal nano material that absorbs electromagnetic waves and generates heat.
Polyorganosiloxane composition for use in adhesion of a polyphenylene sulfide resin
An addition reaction curing type polyorganosiloxane composition for bonding poly(phenylene sulfide) resins includes (A) a polyorganosiloxane containing two or more alkenyl groups in the molecule, (B) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having, in the molecule, three or more silicon-atom-bonded hydrogen atoms, (C) a platinum-based catalyst, (D) an oxide or carbonate of a metal selected from among the metals in Groups 2 and 12 of the periodic table, and (E) an adhesion promoter, the content of the ingredient (D) being 0.1-20 wt % with respect to the whole composition.
MASKING SHEET FOR ANODIZING
Provided is a masking sheet for anodizing, the masking sheet comprising a substrate having first and second faces, and a PSA layer placed on the first face side of the substrate. Here, the substrate is a non-metal substrate. The elastic modulus Et of the masking sheet and the thickness Hs of the substrate satisfy the next relation 0.7 N/mm<Et.Math.Hs.sup.3.
RESIN-RUBBER COMPOSITE
A resin-rubber composite in which a polyamide-based resin-molded product or a polyphenylene sulfide-based resin-molded product is directly vulcanization-bonded to a peroxide-crosslinkable nonpolar rubber composition, which forms a rubber layer, without interposing an adhesive, wherein both resin-molded products have a polymerized film with a radical, which is formed by activating the surface of the product, in the case of polyamide-based resin-molded products, by low-pressure plasma treatment by a microwave method using inert gas, or by activating the surface of the product, in the case of polyphenylene sulfide-based resin-molded products, by low-pressure plasma treatment by a microwave method using active gas, and then performing low-pressure plasma treatment by a microwave method using a hydrocarbon-based monomer in both cases. The resin-rubber composite can be effectively used for drum seals, automobile parts such as side cover seals for transmissions, anti-vibration rubber, resin rubber laminate hoses, and the like.
Display device
A flexible display device includes a protection film and a display panel, and the protection film includes a carrier film and an adhesive layer on the carrier film and including a plurality of adhesive dots separated from each other.
COMPOSITIONS FOR FORMING ANTISTATIC COATINGS AND ARTICLES COATED WITH THE COMPOSITIONS
This invention relates to a coating composition comprising an ionomer having a polymer backbone and side chains, the side chains comprising ionic groups, wherein the ionic groups are sulfonic acid groups and sulfonate groups, from 50 to 95% of the total number of sulfonic acid groups and sulfonate groups are in the sulfonate form, and the sulfonate groups have counter ions M selected from the group consisting of lithium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, and mixtures thereof. This invention also relates to an article comprising a polymeric substrate having an antistatic coating thereon, wherein the antistatic coating is formed from the inventive coating composition. The article may be a cable, a cable cover or a cable jacket.
Transparent, heat resistive, adhesive tape with antistatic performance and method of use thereof
A transparent heat resistive adhesive tape with antistatic performance and a method of use thereof are provided. The adhesive tape includes at least a transparent backing film layer, an electrically conductive transparent layer disposed on the backing film layer, and a transparent acrylic adhesive layer disposed on the electrically conductive transparent layer. The adhesive tape has heat resistivity and antistatic performance on an adhesive side of the tape while maintaining good optical transparency.
