COATING MATERIAL, COATING FILM LAYER, AND LAMINATE
The present invention relates to a coating material containing a resin component and at least one oil component, in which the oil component can exude out from a cured or dried coating film layer to which the coating material has been applied when a temperature drops to a predetermined value or less, the coating material further contains an oil component P, an absolute value of a difference between a value of a solubility parameter of the oil component P and a value of a solubility parameter of the resin component is less than 0.4 (J/cm.sup.3).sup.1/2, and the oil component P has a solubility parameter contribution value A of 3 or less and satisfies a specific condition.
SURFACE MODIFICATION SHEET FOR SILICONE RUBBER
A surface modification sheet (X) of the present invention includes a release sheet (10) and a surface modification layer (20) thereon. The surface modification layer (20) contains a polymer having a side chain containing an ethylenic double bond. The side chain of the polymer preferably includes a unit derived from an isocyanate compound containing the ethylenic double bond.
DUAL-SIDED MULTI-LAYER ADHESIVE
Dual-sided adhesive articles include a first crosslinked pressure sensitive adhesive layer with a first major surface and a second major surface, a second siloxane-based pressure sensitive adhesive layer with a first major surface and a second major surface, such that the first major surface of the second siloxane-based pressure sensitive adhesive layer is in contact with the second major surface of the first crosslinked pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The articles also include a release liner having a microstructured surface with an array of microstructures, where the microstructured surface is in contact with the second major surface of the second siloxane-based pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The microstructures of the microstructured surface of the second siloxane-based pressure sensitive adhesive layer are unstable when not in contact with the microstructured release liner, and disappear over time when in contact with a substrate.
PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF EPDM-SILICONE HYBRID PRODUCTS
The invention relates to a process for the manufacture of hybrid products comprising at least two different elastomer materials bonded to each other, said at least two different elastomer materials being based on at least one rubber of the ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) type and at least one rubber of the silicone type wherein the silicone rubber comprises alkenyl functionalized polydialkylsiloxanes. The inventive process is particularly useful for the manufacture of EPDM-silicone hybrid sealing profiles.
RADICAL CURED SILICONE PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE AND COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR ITS PREPARATION AND USE IN A FLEXIBLE DISPLAY DEVICE
A silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is prepared by curing a radical reaction curable composition. The silicone pressure sensitive adhesive adheres to various silicone elastomers and is useful in preparation of components of flexible display devices.
WATERPROOF SHEET AND METHOD FOR WATERPROOFING CONSTRUCTION
A waterproof sheet which comprises a base layer constituted of a silicone rubber and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer superposed thereon and which is for use in preventing the infiltration of rainwater, etc., characterized in that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is constituted of a cured object of an addition reaction type curable silicone composition in which the theoretical amount of crosslinks is 0.005-0.01 mol/g and the ratio of the amount of SiH groups to the amount of alkenyl groups, SiH/alkenyl, is 0.5-1.1 by mole and which, when cured, has a hardness as measured with a CSR-2 type hardness meter of 3-20. This waterproof sheet can be used over a long period without decreasing in physical property, and has waterproofing properties over a long period. In particular, by delimiting the hardness and adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the waterproof sheet can be made to withstand long-term use. The waterproof sheet exhibits excellent durability concerning pressure-sensitive adhesive properties especially in high-humidity or high-temperature environments.
Solvent free textile coating
The description relates to solvent free films and textiles that receive the solvent free films.
Protective Film, Protective Film Assembly, Display Assembly, and Terminal
A protective film includes an adhesive layer and a base film layer that are stacked. The adhesive layer is configured to adhere to a foldable display. The base film layer includes one or more layers of high-modulus base film and one or more layers of low-modulus base film. An elastic modulus of the high-modulus base film is greater than an elastic modulus of the low-modulus base film. The high-modulus base film and the low-modulus base film are alternately stacked. A surface layer in the base film layer and non-adjacent to the adhesive layer is the high-modulus base film. The protective film is configured to be firmly attached to the foldable display, resists rebounding and warping when the display is bent, and protects the foldable display.
Waterproof sheet for outdoor tank and method for applying same
Provided is a waterproof sheet such that an adhesive layer is formed on a substrate rubber layer and characterized by the substrate rubber layer comprising a silicone rubber having a JIS-A hardness of 15-90, a tensile strength of at least 3 MPa, an elongation of 100-800%, and a crescent tear strength of at least 3 kN/m. The waterproof sheet can be used without a long-term decrease in material properties, and is waterproof in the long-term. In particular, the present invention can be a waterproof sheet able to withstand long-term use by means of stipulating the material properties of the substrate rubber. By means of a method for applying waterproofing to an outdoor tank, it is possible to reliably waterproof the bottom side of the outdoor tank by means of a simple application method.
Impact-resistant film
An impact-resistant film comprises at least one layer of an elastomeric polymer material and an adhesive layer.
