ANTI-ICING STACK
Anti-icing stacks for protecting an aerodynamic surface are described. In some embodiments, an anti-icing stack includes an anti-icing layer, an elastomeric erosion protection layer, and an additional layer. The erosion protection layer is disposed between the anti-icing layer and the additional layer. The additional layer has a thickness greater than the thickness of the erosion protection layer and a tensile modulus of no more than the tensile modulus of the erosion protection layer. The additional layer may be a foam adhesive layer.
Sealing sheet and adhesive tape for wet rooms
A sealing for arrangement between a wall and a wall covering includes a sealing sheet and an adhesive tape. The sealing sheet and the adhesive tape each have a carrier layer of a preferably closed-cell foam plastic. Furthermore, the sealing sheet can bear a nonwoven fabric preferably on the wall-facing side, wherein border strips remain free of the nonwoven fabric for underlapping with an adhesive tape.
HEAT-SHIELDING HEAT INSULATING SUBSTRATE
The heat-shielding heat insulating substrate is a heat-shielding heat insulating substrate including a transparent substrate layer and an infrared reflection layer, the heat-shielding heat insulating substrate including: a protective topcoat layer arranged on a side of the infrared reflection layer opposite to the transparent substrate layer; and a protective film arranged on a surface of the protective topcoat layer opposite to the infrared reflection layer, wherein a 180° peel strength of the protective film to the protective topcoat layer under an environment having a temperature of 23±1° C. and a humidity of 50±5% RH is from 0.01 N/50 mm to 0.40 N/50 mm, and wherein a 180° peel strength of the protective film to the protective topcoat layer after storage of the heat-shielding heat insulating substrate under an environment having a temperature of 80±1° C. for 10 days is from 0.01 N/50 mm to 1.0 N/50 mm.
Solvent Free Textile Coating
The description relates to solvent free films and textiles that receive the solvent free films.
Printing an adhesive pattern on an anti-fouling support
Process for printing an adhesive pattern on a polymer brush extending at the surface of a support (1), forming a nanometric anti-fouling layer (2), the process comprising the following steps: placing the layer (2) in contact with a first aqueous solution (4) containing a benzophenone, then illuminating the layer with radiation (3) at a wavelength within the absorption spectrum of benzophenone, according to the pattern and according to a surface energy.
TAPES WITH ELASTOMERIC BACKING LAYERS
Tapes including an elastomeric backing layer having two major surfaces, wherein the backing layer includes a high temperature resistant elastomer (e.g., a high consistency silicone rubber elastomer), and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the pressure sensitive adhesive layer comprises a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive.
COATING LIQUID AND ARTICLE USING SAME
[Problem] To provide a coating film which is capable of maintaining good water repellency and antifouling properties. [Solution] A photopolymerizable coating composition which contains, as photopolymerizable components, a urethane (meth)acrylate (component (a)) and a photopolymerizable (meth)acrylic compound (component (b)), and which is configured such that: from 1% by weight to 50% by weight (inclusive) of the component (a) and from 50% by weight to 99% by weight (inclusive) of the component (b) relative to the total amount of the photopolymerizable components are mixed; and the component (b) contains a photopolymerizable acrylic compound (component (b1)) which has a structural unit derived from a fluorosilsesquioxane derivative represented by formula (1), a reactive silicone (component (b2)) and a photopolymerizable acrylic compound (component (b3)) which has no urethane unit, no fluorine atom and no Si atom.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND OPTICALLY CLEAR ADHESIVE
The present disclosure discloses an optical clear adhesive and a display device. The display device includes: a flexible display panel having at least one foldable area; and an optical clear adhesive disposed on at least one side of the flexible display panel. The optical clear adhesive includes: a substrate layer, a first adhesive material structure and a second adhesive material structure disposed on two opposite sides of the substrate layer, all of which are transparent materials; a deformation recovery rate of the substrate layer is greater than that of each of the first adhesive material structure and the second adhesive material structure; and in the optical clear adhesive, the first adhesive material structure is closer to an inner folding side of the foldable area of a display panel, and the second adhesive material structure is closer to an outer folding side of the foldable area of the display panel.
Polymer foam adhesive tape and pressure-sensitive type touch panel comprising the same
A polymer foam adhesive tape including: a substrate film; a polymer foam layer provided on one surface of the substrate film; a first adhesive layer provided on the polymer foam layer; and a second adhesive layer provided on the other surface of the substrate film, in which the polymer foam layer has a density of 0.3 g/cm.sup.3 or less, and a thickness ratio of the substrate film to the polymer foam layer is 1:3 to 1:10.
Waterproof sheet and waterproofing method including using same
A waterproof sheet which is for application to a site to be waterproofed in order to prevent rainwater infiltration thereinto and retard deteriorations which proceed with time, the waterproof sheet comprising: a base layer that comprises a silicone rubber composition reinforced with reinforcing fibers and that has physical properties including high strength; and a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive layer that has been formed on one surface of the base layer and that has a low hardness and is highly tacky. The waterproof sheet provided by the present invention less breaks than conventional waterproof sheets because of the reinforcement layer, and can conform to cracks or dislocations occurring in the surfaces to which the waterproof sheet has been applied, due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface. Since the waterproof sheet includes silicones as main components and is hence excellent in terms of weatherability, heat resistance, and freeze resistance, this waterproof sheet can retain the function required of waterproof sheets, over a longer period.
