Slider elements for articles of jewelry
A slider for an article of jewelry is disclosed. The slider includes a body defining a securing channel and a sliding channel. The slider also includes a securing flap extending from the body and configured to be pressed from a first position to a second position such that the securing flap is pressed at least partially into the securing channel to restrain the band when the band is disposed therein. Articles of jewelry utilizing such sliders are also disclosed herein.

PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE WITH STRAP
The invention proposes a portable electronic device (100) having a housing (101) and a strap (107) that is mechanically attached to the housing. The housing encompasses electronic components and protects them from ambient influences. The strap bears further electronic components (108), whereby an electrically conductive connection (301A, 301B) exists between the housing and the strap. The strap is mechanically attached to the housing by means of a form-fitting connection (304), whereby the connection is oriented appropriately such that a tensile force acting on the strap in the strap's longitudinal direction generates a force component that aims to push the strap onto the housing. The strap can be mounted easily on the housing and establishes a mechanical and electrical connection between the housing and the strap in a single assembly step. The mechanical connection between the strap and the housing also resists tensile forces without forces acting on the electric contacts that might lead to a disconnection of the electrical connection between the strap and the housing.

BAND LATCH MECHANISM
A band latch mechanism that is configured to connect a wristband to a fitness tracker is provided. The band latch mechanism may be configured to be inserted into a cavity of a housing of the fitness tracker and configured so that any metallic body of the band latch mechanism does not contact metallic surfaces of the cavity in order to prevent an electrical ground from being positioned within a keep-out zone of an antenna of the fitness tracker.

BUCKLE WITH SLOTTED-HOLE TANG
A wristband with straps having a fixed-position keeper and a tang buckle with an elongate-hole tang is provided. The elongate hole may permit the tang to slide for a limited distance along the length of the buckle strap, thereby accommodating different wrist sizes and shapes while reducing the possibility of bridging or tang lift in the band.
Clasp, watch band, and watch
A clasp includes a lower holding member in which a lock pin is fixed, an upper holding member which is pivotably interlocked with the lower holding member, a lifting member which is attached to the lower holding member so as to be able to move in a lifting direction and a lowering direction and guides a first band, a lock member which is attached to the lower holding member so as to be able to pivot between a lock position and an unlock position, and a main cover. The lock member lifts the lifting member to the lower holding member side when being pivoted to the lock position so as to perform positioning and fixing of the first band while interposing the first band therebetween.

BAND, WEARABLE DEVICE, AND BAND ATTACHING METHOD
A band includes, a long band member; a second member provided at one end side of the band member; and a first member including a through hole through which the second member and at least one end side of the band member in which the second member is provided are inserted. The second member or the at least one end side of the band member maintains a first state with a width or a thickness that is larger than a width or a thickness of the through hole of the first member in a state in which the second member and the at least one end side of the band member are inserted into the through hole of the first member.
