MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PLUGGING AGENT FOR COAL MINE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a multi-functional plugging agent for a coal mine and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: by taking Ecklonia Kurome Okam as a raw material, mixing an Ecklonia Kurome Okam suspension with phosphorus pentoxide for reaction, then performing biodegradation to obtain an Ecklonia Kurome Okam biological extract, adding urea for neutralization, mixing a neutralization product with an inorganic catalyst and melamine for reaction to obtain a bio-based plugging synergist solution, finally cooling the bio-based plugging synergist solution, and mixing the cooled bio-based plugging synergist solution with a certain amount of pentaerythritol and ammonium polyphosphate to obtain the multi-functional plugging agent for the coal mine based on the Ecklonia Kurome Okam biological extract. According to the invention, not only a coal crack can be effectively plugged for a long time, but also an efficient flame-retardant effect can be achieved in a complete period of coal spontaneous combustion.

Fire-Proof Material
A fire-proof material, in particular a fire-proof thermal insulation material containing water glass, which is composed of a compound which contains 34 to 49.9 wt % of inorganic non-flammable fibres, 50 to 65 wt % of an aqueous silicate solution, and 0.1 to 1 wt % of water glass stabiliser, while it further contains a water glass hardener and the aqueous silicate solution has a density in the range of 1370 to 1400 kg/m.sup.3 and a molar ratio of SiO.sub.2 to Na.sub.2O in the range of 3.2 to 3.4.

Fire retarding composition for use in wood composite panels
The current invention concerns a fire retardant composition for use in wood composite panels, either comprising a fire retardant agent or an intumescent formulation, whereby the pH of a 10% aqueous solution of said composition lies between 3.5 and 8.5. The present invention also provides for a specific use of the composition in fire retardant wood composite panels, the respective method for producing those panels, as well as the resulting wood composite panels themselves.
Fire-Class Reinforced Aerogel Compositions
The current disclosure provides reinforced aerogel compositions that are durable and easy to handle, have favorable performance in aqueous environments, have favorable insulation properties, and have favorable, reaction to fire, combustion and flame-resistance properties. Also provided are methods of preparing or manufacturing such reinforced aerogel compositions. In certain embodiments, the composition has a silica-based aerogel framework, reinforced with an open-cell macroporous framework, and includes one or more fire-class additives, where the silica-based aerogel framework comprises at least one hydrophobic-bound silicon and the composition or each of its components has desired properties.
FLAME-RETARDANT POLYMERIC COMPOSITIONS
A polymeric composition includes 10 wt % to 80 wt % of a silane-grafted ethylene polymer based on a total weight of the polymeric composition. The silane-grafted ethylene polymer has a silane content of 0.40 mol % to 1.50 mol % based on a total moles of the silane-grafted ethylene polymer and the ethylene polymer used to make the silane-grafted ethylene polymer has a polar comonomer content of less than 15 wt % based on a total weight of the ethylene polymer. The polymeric composition also includes 10 wt % to 80 wt % of a flame-retardant filler based on a total weight of the polymeric composition.

A polymeric composition includes 10 wt % to 80 wt % of a silane-grafted ethylene polymer based on a total weight of the polymeric composition.
