PHOSPHORUS-CONTAINING FLAME RETARDANT MIXTURES, A PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF SAID MIXTURES AND USE OF SAID MIXTURES, AND ALSO EPOXY RESIN FORMULATIONS WHICH COMPRISE SAID FLAME RETARDANT MIXTURES
Phosphorus-containing flame retardant mixtures, a process for production of said mixtures and use of said mixtures, and also epoxy resin formulations which comprise said flame retardant mixtures. The present invention relates to phosphorus-containing flame retardant mixtures, comprising individual flame retardants having in each case one or more functional groups of the formulae (I), (II) and (III), where, based on the total quantity of functional groups in the flame retardant mixture, 1 to 98 mol % of functional groups of the formula (I), 1 to 35 mol % of functional groups of the formula (II) and 1 to 98 mol % of functional groups of the formula (III) are present, and where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are identical or different and are mutually independently hydrogen, C.sub.1- to C.sub.12-alkyl, linear or branched, and/or C.sub.6- to C.sub.18-aryl and the entirety of (I), (II) and (III) is always 100 mol %.

FIBER-CONTAINING FIRE PROTECTION MATERIAL
A fire protection material includes at least 10 wt % of inorganic fibers, at least 5 wt % of an additive dispersed within the inorganic fibers, the additive selected from fibers, particles, platelets, aerogels, a foam, or combinations thereof; and at least 2 wt % of a binder dispersed within the inorganic fibers. The inorganic fibers, additive, and binder account for at least 60 wt % of the fire protection material.
FIBER-CONTAINING FIRE PROTECTION MATERIAL
A fire protection material includes at least 10 wt % of inorganic fibers, at least 5 wt % of an additive dispersed within the inorganic fibers, the additive selected from fibers, particles, platelets, aerogels, a foam, or combinations thereof; and at least 2 wt % of a binder dispersed within the inorganic fibers. The inorganic fibers, additive, and binder account for at least 60 wt % of the fire protection material.
Flame retardant impact-modified polycarbonate composition
The present application relates to a flame retardant impact-modified polycarbonate composition and shaped parts as well as articles made therefrom. The polycarbonate composition comprises the following components: an aromatic polycarbonate, a rubber-modified vinyl (co)polymer, and a flame retardant combination. The shaped article made from the polycarbonate composition according to the present invention has a good balance among heat resistance, flame retardance and impact strength.

The present application relates to a flame retardant impact-modified polycarbonate composition and shaped parts as well as articles made therefrom. The polycarbonate composition comprises the following components: an aromatic polycarbonate, a rubber-modified vinyl (co)polymer, and a flame retardant combination. The shaped article made from the polycarbonate composition according to the present invention has a good balance among heat resistance, flame retardance and impact strength.
CHILD SAFETY CAR SEAT
The present application discloses a child safety car seat having a main body and a fireproof buffering structure disposed on the main body. The fireproof buffering structure includes a buffering plate and a fireproof plate attached to or neighboring to the buffering plate, and the fireproof plate is closer to a seating space of the child safety car seat than the buffering plate. In contrast to conventional child safety car seats, the fireproof buffering structure of the present application adopts the combined buffering plate and fireproof plate. The buffering plate has good impact absorbing capacity for providing a soft and comfortable seating environment and buffering and protection effects during a crash accident, and the fireproof plate can reduce the combustion rate of the integral structure when catching fire. Therefore, the child safety car seat achieves the purposes of safety and comfort.

Process for preparing flame retardant compositions
A process for preparing a flame retardant composition, the process comprising: adding to a container at least one flame retardant salt, a nitrogen-containing compound, and optionally water; and mixing the contents of the container to give a dispersed mixture or dissolved solution comprising the flame retardant composition; wherein the at least one flame retardant salt comprises an ammonium salt of phosphoric acid; wherein the ammonium salt of phosphoric acid comprises water soluble ammonium polyphosphate (APP); wherein the water soluble ammonium polyphosphate has a total nitrogen as N from about 5 to about 15 weight percent, and a total phosphorus as P.sub.2O.sub.5 from about 30 to about 40 weight percent, based on the total weight of the ammonium polyphosphate (APP).
Process for preparing flame retardant compositions
A process for preparing a flame retardant composition, the process comprising: adding to a container at least one flame retardant salt, a nitrogen-containing compound, and optionally water; and mixing the contents of the container to give a dispersed mixture or dissolved solution comprising the flame retardant composition; wherein the at least one flame retardant salt comprises an ammonium salt of phosphoric acid; wherein the ammonium salt of phosphoric acid comprises water soluble ammonium polyphosphate (APP); wherein the water soluble ammonium polyphosphate has a total nitrogen as N from about 5 to about 15 weight percent, and a total phosphorus as P.sub.2O.sub.5 from about 30 to about 40 weight percent, based on the total weight of the ammonium polyphosphate (APP).
