Solvent-free composition based on 2,4,7,9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol
A solvent-free composition contains the following components: 2,4,7,9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol, ethoxylates thereof, and polyethylene glycols, wherein the composition contains water and wherein the concentration of 2,4,7,9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol is greater than 40% by weight, based on the composition.

A wellbore servicing fluid comprises an aqueous base fluid, one or more alkali metal or alkali earth metal salts, at least one visocisifier, and a filtration control package. The filtration control package may comprise a carboxylic acid and an ethoxylated alcohol compound. Alternatively, the filtration control package may comprise a polyethylene glycol. The carboxylic acid may have from 8 to 20 carbon atoms. The ethoxylated alcohol compound may have a general formula R—(OCH.sub.2CH.sub.2).sub.X—OH, where R is a hydrocarbon having from 10 to 16 atoms and x is an integer from 6 to 9. The ethoxylated alcohol compound may have a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of from 8.0 to 16.0. The polyethylene glycol may have a mass average molar mass (M.sub.w) of less than or equal to 1500 daltons.
Cement slurries, cured cements and methods of making and use thereof
Cement slurries, cured cements, and methods of making cured cement and methods of using cement slurries are provided. The cement slurry contains water, a cement precursor material, an alcohol surfactant having from 10 to 20 carbon atoms and a carboxylic acid comprising an aliphatic chain having from 16 to 18 carbons. In some embodiments, the alcohol surfactant may comprise the formula R—(OC.sub.2H.sub.4).sub.x—OH where R is a hydrocarbyl group having from 10 to 20 carbons and x is an integer from 1 to 10. The cured cement contains water, cement, an alcohol surfactant having from 10 to 20 carbon atoms and a carboxylic acid comprising an aliphatic chain having from 16 to 18 carbons. In some embodiments, the alcohol surfactant may comprise the formula R—(OC.sub.2H.sub.4).sub.x—OH where R is a hydrocarbyl group having from 10 to 20 carbons and x is an integer from 1 to 10.

Cement slurries, cured cements, and methods of making cured cement and methods of using cement slurries are provided. There are provided a dispersion composition containing: (A) from 85 to 99.89% by weight of a dispersant (except for the following (B) and (C)); (B) from 0.01 to 5% by weight of an acetylene glycol and/or an acetylene glycol ethoxylate; and (C) from 0.1 to 10% by weight of one or two or more types selected from polyoxy (ethylene-propylene) block polymers having a weight average molecular weight of from 1,500 to 20,000, a content of ethylene oxide of from 20 to 90% by weight, and a content of propylene oxide of from 10 to 80% by weight: a dispersion and an ink composition using the same, and a method of producing the same.

There are provided a dispersion composition containing: (A) from 85 to 99.89% by weight of a dispersant (except for the following (B) and (C)); (B) from 0.01 to 5% by weight of an acetylene glycol and/or an acetylene glycol ethoxylate; and (C) from 0.1 to 10% by weight of one or two or more types selected from polyoxy (ethylene-propylene) block polymers having a weight average molecular weight of from 1,500 to 20,000, a content of ethylene oxide of from 20 to 90% by weight, and a content of propylene oxide of from 10 to 80% by weight: a dispersion and an ink composition using the same, and a method of producing the same.
DECOLORIZATION OF CONCENTRATED RHAMNOLIPID COMPOSITION
Provided is a method for decolorizing and optionally neutralizing a rhamnolipid composition comprising treating said composition with a percarbonate salt as well as the decolorized and optionally neutralized composition obtainable therefrom. Also provided is a method for improving the quality of wastewater generated during said method.
Development of anti-bit balling fluids
Anti-bit balling drilling fluids and methods of making and using drilling fluids are provided. The anti-bit balling drilling fluid contains water, a clay-based component, and at least one of a surfactant having the formula: R(OC.sub.2H.sub.4).sub.xOH, where R is a hydrocarbyl group having from 10 to 20 carbon atoms and x is an integer from 1 and 10, or a polyethylene glycol having the formula: H(OCH.sub.2CH.sub.2).sub.nOH, where n is an integer from 1 to 50. Methods of making and using these drilling fluids are also provided.
Surfactant Compositions and Methods for Emulsifying Cannabinoid Extracts as a Nano-Emulsion Material
An embodiment of a CBD Nano-Emulsion material and process comprises a formulation comprising at least a lecithin or mixed lecithin, one or more carrier oils, and a Vitamin E TPGS from a sunflower version and a soy version. Among either version, the versions may further comprise mixed tocopherols, and still further comprise at least one of; an LCT oil, an olive oil, and a coconut oil. Any one of the versions may further comprise at least one of; sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, and sorbic acid; and even yet further comprise purified water. Some embodiments may comprise a Vitamin E acetate.
USE OF SURFACTANT FORMULATIONS COMPRISING LONG-CHAIN ALCOHOLS IN AQUEOUS POLYURETHANE DISPERSIONS
The use of surfactant formulations comprising long-chain alcohols as additives in aqueous polymer dispersions for production of porous polymer coatings, preferably for production of porous polyurethane coatings, is described.
