A setting (1), including, aligned along an axis for driving into a bed (8) of a piece of jewellery or timepiece (9), an upper body (15) including a first surface (2) to receive a component to be set (10), a setting element (4) to hold the component (10), and a lower body (16) including a second front surface (6), between which bodies (15; 16) a deformable area (7) is plastically deformable under the action of an axial driving force greater than a predetermined driving force, to bring the setting (1) into a stressed state wherein the deformable area (7) is irreversibly deformed and/or fractured, in the form of a clot radially pushing back a peripheral surface (3) of the setting (1) towards a lateral wall of the bed (8), or/and in the form of a fault radially pushing back the upper body (15) towards this lateral wall.

An accessory attachment system that embodies devices and a method for converting clasp-style fasteners to push-pull detachable fasteners, thereby facilitating attachment of accessories having clasp-style fasteners or any accessory having opposing ends so that they are “ready-to-wear”.

An insertable accessory is provided for adding enhanced personalization to wrist-wearable devices, such as watches, wrist-wearable activity/sleep monitors, and smart watches. The insertable accessory can be of a single piece of cast metal having a platform with a top and bottom side; at least one leg shaped so as to be insertable into an adjustment hole of a wristband, and attached to the bottom side of the platform; and at least one ornamental object attached to the top side of the platform. The insertable accessory can also be a single piece of cast metal having at least one leg extending from an ornamental object, such as a gem, a gem setting, a bead, a letter, a school logo. An ornamental component for a bracelet and/or necklace includes a housing with a channel passing therethrough for supporting an elongate member. A single slot is within the housing for the elongate member to gain access to and from the channel. The slot may be substantially parallel to the axis of the channel and pass through a wall of the housing to the channel. The channel and the slot provide a cut-out that creates a substantially C-shaped housing. The slot is configured to resist but allow the passing of the elongate member into the channel.

The invention involves a modular jewelry system and method for constructing a modular jewelry system. The system includes a base having a bore, the side wall of the bore including a groove having a slight helix. The helix includes a small protrusion beyond which the helix flattens and the slot ends. A charm, stone or the like, has an outwardly extending stem; the stem including at least one outwardly extending tab. The tab is sized to cooperate with the groove, so that the stem is pulled into the bore as the stem is rotated until passing the protrusion, whereby the stem is locked into position in the bore.

An item of jewelry may include a first band having at least a first notch, where the first band defines a first continuous annular band. The item of jewelry may also include a second band having at least a first notch and a protrusion. The protrusion may be configured to receive a portion of a decorative item to removably couple the decorative item to the second band, and the second band may define a second continuous annular band. The first notch of the first band may receive a portion of the second band proximate the first notch of the second band, and the first notch of the second band may receive a portion of the first band proximate the first notch of the second band, so as to removably couple the first band and the second band.

A light bulb assembly that illuminates a crystal, where the crystal is mechanically secured without the use of an adhesive or a hole created within the crystal, is disclosed herein. The crystal may be secured to the light bulb assembly using a mechanical attachment such as a clamp, clip, spring, shim, thread, ring, or other suitable mechanical attachment. The crystal may preferably be secured to the light bulb assembly using a mechanical attachment that provides sufficient compression to secure the crystal. The mechanical attachment may preferably remain secure when heated by the light source of the light bulb assembly when in use.

A jewelry clasp includes a female end component having a first push-button fastening means and a male end component that is releasably securable within the female end component. The male end component has a second push-button fastening means that engages a portion of the first push-button fastening means. The engaging portion of the first push-button fastening means is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. An ornamental component for jewelry that has an elongate member includes a housing, a channel passing through the housing, and a slot within the housing. The slot is substantially parallel to the channel and passes through a wall of the housing to the channel.

A ring accessory comprises an outer loop and an elastic piece placed in the outer loop. The outer loop comprises a lateral loop and a top cover located above the lateral loop. The top cover has a hole for a ring head passing through. An inner side of the top cover at an edge of the hole comprises at least three deep recesses, and a shallow recess between every two adjacent deep recesses. A distance from the deep recess to hole center is greater than a distance from the shallow recess to the hole center. The elastic piece has recesses corresponding to the deep recesses and shallow recesses on the top cover. The elastic piece is an annulus with a wave shape, the elastic piece deep recesses are located at the bottom of the wave, and the elastic piece shallow recesses are located at the top of the wave.

The present disclosure provides a portable vaporizer including a healing crystal attached thereto. In embodiments, the healing crystal may be attached to the portable vaporizer via one or more magnets. In embodiments, the healing crystal may be attached to the portable vaporizer via a screw attachment. In embodiments, the portable vaporizer may be an e-cigarette. In embodiments, the crystal may be easily and conveniently attached and detached from the portable vaporizer.
