A modular magnetic jewelry system includes a jewelry body having a magnetic jewelry base and a magnetic jewelry head configured to magnetically couple with the magnetic jewelry base. The magnetic jewelry base may include a first permanent magnet, and the magnetic jewelry head may include a second permanent magnet. The jewelry body may have a male or female threaded portion, and the head may have a threaded portion of opposite gender to said jewelry body for mating engagement therewith when the head is magnetically coupled to the magnetic base.

The jewelry comprises at least one first holder comprising a horseshoe-shaped part, a lever mounted on a shaft so as to be pivotable relative to the holder between an open position and a closed position, and a second holder bearing a stone, said second holder being intended to be inserted into said part and held in said part by said lever in the closed position.

A jewelry mount for an ornamental article is provided that includes first and second supports. The first support defines a first receptacle sized and shaped to receive a first portion of the ornamental article. The first support further includes a plurality holes arranged about its periphery. A second support defines a second receptacle sized and shaped to receive a second portion of the ornamental article. The second support is concentrically aligned with the first support and the second support includes a plurality holes arranged about its periphery. An interchangeable jewelry setting system that allows for the insertion, removal and replacement of ornamental elements onto a jewelry piece is provided. The jewelry piece may comprise any type of or piece of jewelry onto which an ornamental setting may be fitted such as, for example, a ring, necklace, earring, bracelet, broach, pin, etc. Likewise, any ornamental element may be disposed on the interchangeable setting of the invention, such as, for example, a metallic engraving, ornamental design element, etc.

A ring system may include an outer band including a first ring and a second ring, the second ring including a lower portion and an upper portion, the upper portion being pivotable relative to the lower portion; wherein the outer band is configured to receive a ring band between the first and second rings, and wherein the outer band is transitionable between an open condition in which the upper portion is angled relative to the lower portion of the second ring and a closed position in which the upper portion is and the lower portion form a closed annulus.

A cage setting is disclosed and method of retaining an object in a cage setting is disclosed. The cage setting defines a free space therein, configured for retaining an object therein. The cage setting includes a first and second cage end bodies. A number of bar members extend between the first and second end bodies. Each bar member has a first and second end secured the first and second end bodies, respectively. The bar members extend along a periphery that defines the free space. Each adjacent pair of bar members defines a gap having a first gap width that that allows an object to be inserted into the free space. Upon twisting, the first end body with respect to the second end body, the gap is altered to a second gap width, narrower than the first gap width, which captures the object within the free space.

An assembly for setting stones and solitaires includes a setting head, made of a material of the type of a metal, even precious, and the like, within which at least one stone can be accommodated, the setting head being internally provided with a fastening component. An ornament holder includes: a bottom seat, provided with at least one first hole, and an opening, and a part of the opening extended outward with a placement part along a direction perpendicular to the bottom seat; a cover, provided on the opening and configured with a second hole and a fixing element, and the fixing element pressing against the bottom of the placement part, allowing the cover to be fixed to the bottom seat; and a connecting element, passed through the first hole, and capable of connecting the bottom seat with the other bottom seat. Whereby, the fixing element can be hooked under the placement part, allowing the cover to be fixed to the bottom seat instead of requiring additional welding, and the connecting element connects the bottom seat with the other bottom seat, capable of arranging the ornament holders of the present invention in series.
