Jewelry system
There is provided herein a jewelry system comprising a first segment having a shape of a ring, the first segment comprising two coaxially positioned apertures being essentially parallel to the ring's plane; a second segment sized and shaped to fit within the ring of the first segment, wherein the second segment comprises an aperture extending therethrough; and a rod configured to extend through the apertures of the first and second segments, thereby securing the second segment within the ring of the first segment.

A personal ornament that includes: a base portion that includes a pair of right-and-left base-side engaging ring portions, and fixes and holds a gemstone; and a frame portion that includes a pair of right-and-left frame-side engaging ring portions to be coupled to the base-side engaging ring portions, and that supports the base portion, the base portion and the gemstone being supported to be swingable with respect to the frame portion. The personal ornament also includes a protective member that protects, from an outside, at least the frame-side engaging ring portions, and coupling parts of the base-side engaging ring portions with respect to the frame-side engaging ring portions.

An item of jewelry having a base element and at least one gem which is mounted so that it can be moved in the base element such that the gem can move with respect to the base element. The gem is arranged, at least in areas, in a recess of the base element and is secured by at least one retaining element to prevent falling out from the recess. The retaining element extends from the base element slightly over one part of the upper side of the gem such that the center of the upper side is not covered b the retaining element.

Jewelry Swivel
A jewelry swivel provides for the controlled orientation of an ornamental part of the jewelry in relation to a support. The jewelry swivel has a locking base with a locking rod, a receiving base with a plurality of receiving openings, and a bias spring. The bias spring urges the receiving base toward the locking base, causing the locking rod to engage with at least one of the plurality of receiving openings. The locking rod engages at least one of the plurality of receiving openings, where the engagement of the locking rod in a particular receiving opening determines the orientation of the receiving base relative to the locking base. The jewelry swivel is placed between the ornamental part and the support.

The present invention discloses an automatic swaying ornament, carrier and setting method thereof, includes a sub-portion inside a base, two connection shafts extended to both sides of the sub-portion; connection slots adapting to the connection shafts arranged in both sides of inner the base, connecting with the sub-portion; a cover plate arranged and welded on the base, covering the connection slots; and hollow structures arranged in walls of the connection slots, adjusting the connection shafts. By arranging a cover plate to cover the connection slots, the connection shafts are enclosed with the sub-portion exposing only. The ornament is easy to be arranged onto a valuable, having an aesthetic appearance. Covering the connection slots prevents any dusts outside from entering and affecting a swaying performance of the sub-portion. Arranging the hollow structures for adjusting the connection shafts ensures the connection shafts keep swaying.

Disclosed is a mobile support mechanism for an object, adapted for being integrated into a wearable piece of jewelry, including a support system bearing an object that is intended to be animated in rotation about a first axis of rotation under the effect of an unbalance within the support system. The support system includes a first frame that is pivotably mounted on a chassis element about the first axis of rotation, and an inner frame that is pivotably mounted in the first frame about a second pivot axis which is substantially orthogonal with respect to the first pivot axis.
