BODY ORNAMENT MANUFACTURING METHOD, BODY ORNAMENT-MOLDING DIE AND BODY ORNAMENT
Silicone is placed between an upper die and an injection-pressing rubber-lid upper die, and the silicone injection passage is pressurized by the injection-pressing rubber-lid upper die. With this, the silicone is caused to flow into an injection port through the silicone injection passage. Then, sequentially through the injection port and the disc silicone-flow passage, the silicone is caused to flow toward an inner periphery of a silicone injection space. Further, the silicone flows between both circumferential sides of the silicone-flow deflection region. In this way, the silicone flows in a peculiar manner in conformity with a shape of the silicone-flow deflection region.
Key ring method and apparatus
A method for fabricating a fashion ring from a key is presented. The method includes supporting the key on first and second surfaces, forcing the key into a shaping aperture between the first and second surfaces with a round form, wrapping a first portion of the key around the round form with a first die, wrapping a second portion of the key around the round form with a second die, removing the wrapped key from the round form, and applying a finishing process to the wrapped key to form a fashion ring.
PRECIOUS METAL CLAY REGENERATION SOLUTION AND METHOD FOR REGENERATING PRECIOUS METAL CLAY
A precious metal clay regeneration solution contains water and a liquid paraffin, in which an amount of the liquid paraffin is more than or equal to 0.12 parts by mass and less than or equal to 60 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the water. A method for regenerating precious metal clay includes a step of bringing water and a liquid paraffin into contact with a solidified precious metal clay, in which an amount of the liquid paraffin is more than or equal to 0.12 parts by mass and less than or equal to 60 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the water.
TITANIUM SINTERED BODY AND ORNAMENT
A titanium sintered body contains an -phase and a -phase as crystal structures, wherein the average grain size of the -phase in a cross section is 3 m or more and 30 m or less, and an area ratio occupied by the -phase in a cross section is 70% or more and 99.8% or less. In the titanium sintered body, it is preferred that the average aspect ratio of the -phase in a cross section is 1 or more and 3 or less. It is also preferred that the titanium sintered body contains titanium as a main component, and also contains an -phase stabilizing element and a -phase stabilizing element.
Method for Manufacturing an Ornament made of Precious Metal and Ornament Manufactured Thereby
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ornaments made of precious metals. The invention provides for providing a sheet, plate or foil (1) made of pure precious metali.e. having a fineness equal to or greater than 999 parts per thousandtracing the profile (3) of a desired shape and cutting said sheet or plate (1) according to said profile (3) so as to obtain an ornament (5) having said desired shape. The method according to the invention allows to obtain ornaments made of precious metal of any two-dimensional shape in a short time and with limited manufacturing costs. More particularly, it allows both to obtain a large number of variants of commercial collections of jewels and/or ornaments made of pure precious metals according to the commercial choices of the manufacturer, and to obtain tailor-made ornaments made of pure precious metali.e. starting from a specific design of the userin a very short time, or even immediately. Advantageously, the method according to the invention provides the user with an extremely strong guarantee about the value and originality of the obtained ornament, which is made of a pure precious metal, without making any alloys with other metals.
VIKING KNIT HAND TOOL
This invention in one embodiment comprises a cylindrical rod with a rotating, removable loop head inserted into the center of the top end of the rod. The loop head is inserted into a vertical hole drilled into the top end of the rod, wherein the loop head is able to rotate in the hole. The loop head has a plurality of outwardly radially extending circumferential loops that receive wire for bending and weaving into the Viking Knit. Preferably, the rod also has an anchor hole, drilled diagonally through the rod near its top end, for receiving and securing a wire. Preferably, the rod also has a conical wire wrap attachment at the bottom of the rod for making wired end caps to cover or enclose the finished Viking Knit Weave. In another embodiment, this invention comprises a hollow cone with a rotating, removable loop head inserted in either or both ends of the cone.
