A method for combined production of renewable paraffinic products is disclosed, wherein the method includes providing a renewable paraffinic feed, and fractionating the renewable paraffinic feed into two fractions. Within the two fractions, a lighter fraction fulfils a specification for an aviation fuel component, and a heavier fraction fulfils a specification for an electrotechnical fluid component.

A method for producing light aromatics, includes the steps of: i) contacting a feedstock comprising heavy aromatic(s) with a catalyst in a fluidized reactor for aromatics lightening reaction in the presence of hydrogen to obtain a product rich in C6-C8 light aromatic(s) and a spent catalyst, wherein the heavy aromatic is one or more selected from C9+ aromatics; ii) separating the resulted product rich in C6-C8 light aromatic(s) to obtain hydrogen, a non-aromatic component, C6-C8 light aromatic(s) and a C9+ aromatic component; and iii) recycling at least a part of the C9+ aromatic component to the fluidized reactor. The method has strong adaptability to feedstocks and high flexibility in operation and allows a long-period stable operation. The method can produce high-value light aromatics from heavy aromatics that are difficult to be treated and utilized.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DESULFURIZATION AND SEPARATION OF CATALYTICALLY CRACKED LIGHT PRODUCT

A method for the desulfurization and separation of a catalytic cracking light product includes the steps of: 1) contacting a catalytic cracking light product with a desulfurization adsorbent in an adsorption desulfurization reaction unit in the presence of hydrogen for desulfurization, and optionally, carrying out gas-liquid separation on the resulting desulfurization product, to obtain a desulfurized rich gas and a desulfurized crude gasoline, wherein the catalytic cracking light product is an overhead oil-gas fraction from a catalytic cracking fractionator, or a rich gas and a crude gasoline from a catalytic cracking fractionator; and 2) separately sending the desulfurized rich gas and the desulfurized crude gasoline obtained in the step 1) to a catalytic cracking absorption stabilization system for separation, to obtain a desulfurized dry gas, a desulfurized liquefied gas and a desulfurized stabilized gasoline.

Described are a process and a system for hydrotreating a deoiled asphalt. The process includes: (2) introducing a deoiled asphalt and an aromatics-containing stream into a first reaction unit for hydrogenation reaction, wherein the first reaction unit comprises a mineral-rich precursor material and/or a hydrogenation catalyst, and the first reaction unit is a fixed bed hydrogenation unit; (21) fractionating the liquid-phase product from the first reaction unit to provide a first light component and a first heavy component; (31) introducing the first light component into a second reaction unit for reaction, to provide a gasoline component, a diesel component and/or a BTX feedstock component; and (32) introducing the first heavy component to a delayed coking unit for reaction; or using the first heavy component as a low sulfur ship fuel oil component.

Solvent Composition Prepared from Waste Oil and Method of Preparing the Same

Provided is a technology of converting an oil having a high content of Cl into a solvent. Impurities such as Cl, S, N, and metals are removed from an oil having a boiling point of 180 to 340° C. in a waste oil having a high content of Cl, and hydroisomerization is carried out, thereby applying an oil having a high isoparaffin ratio as a solvent. After a separation by boiling points according to the properties of the solvent product, a solid acid material and an oil having a high Cl content are mixed, impurities are removed by a heat treatment at a high temperature, and hydroisomerization is carried out by a noble metal/1-D zeolite catalyst, thereby, manufacturing a solvent product.

A process for the hydroconversion of heavy oil products includes the following steps where heavy oil products and hydrogen are supplied to a slurry hydroconversion section having a molybdenum-based catalyst: separating the reaction effluent into a vapour phase and a slurry phase; and sending the slurry phase to a separation section having the function of separating the Vacuum Gas Oil, Heavy Vacuum Gas Oil, Light Vacuum Gas Oil, and Atmospheric Gas Oil fractions, from a stream of heavy organic products which contains asphaltenes, unconverted feed, catalyst, and solid formed during the hydroconversion reaction. This stream is partly sent to the reaction section and partly forms a purge stream, which is heated and made fluid between 185° C.-220° C., and subjected to a static settling unit up to at least 100° C. From the settling unit two new products, clarified component and cake, are obtained. The clarified component is recycled to the hydroconversion reaction section.

PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR REDUCING ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINATES IN HEAVY MARINE FUEL OIL

A process for reducing the environmental contaminants in a ISO 8217 compliant Feedstock Heavy Marine Fuel Oil, the process involving: mixing a quantity of the Feedstock Heavy Marine Fuel Oil with a quantity of Activating Gas mixture to give a feedstock mixture; contacting the feedstock mixture with one or more catalysts to form a Process Mixture from the feedstock mixture; separating the Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil liquid components of the Process Mixture from the gaseous components and by-product hydrocarbon components of the Process Mixture and, discharging the Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil. The Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil is compliant with ISO 8217 for residual marine fuel oils and has a sulfur level has a maximum sulfur content (ISO 14596 or ISO 8754) between the range of 0.05 % wt. to 0.5 % wt.. The Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil can be used as or as a blending stock for an ISO 8217 compliant, IMO MARPOL Annex VI (revised) compliant low sulfur or ultralow sulfur heavy marine fuel oil. A device for conducting the process is also disclosed.
