The track includes interweaved recesses and ridges. The mast also includes a lower portion slidingly receiving the upper portion and having a lower tubular housing, and a locking device carried on an outer surface of the lower tubular housing and extending through the lower tubular housing to interface with the track of the upper portion to lock the lower portion and the upper portion together.

A rotary replaceable umbrella nest assembly for an umbrella has a lower nest cover with a plurality of recesses for receiving the end of each rod; a circular hole is at the center of the lower nest cover for receiving a middle column; a connecting sleeve extends down from the circular hole; the connecting sleeve has a plurality of external threads; a nest support has a ring-shape matching a bottom of the lower nest cover having a center hole for a connecting sleeve to pass through; a lower nest base ornament is disposed below the nest support and is threaded with and is detachably connected to the lower nest cover.

In one aspect of the present disclosure, an umbrella hub assembly comprises an a cylindrical portion and a socket coupled to the cylindrical portion. The socket can have a fixed end, a free end, and a cylindrical wall defining a concave space extending from the free end toward the fixed end. The socket can have an access aperture disposed through the cylindrical wall. The assembly can further include an umbrella rib comprising a first end, a second end, and an elongate body extending along a longitudinal axis. The first end can be configured to be received in the concave space through the free end such that the socket engages the umbrella rib and such that the first end is accessible through the access aperture.

In one aspect of the present disclosure, an umbrella hub assembly comprises an a cylindrical portion and a socket coupled to the cylindrical portion. The socket can have a fixed end, a free end, and a cylindrical wall defining a concave space extending from the free end toward the fixed end. The socket can have an access aperture disposed through the cylindrical wall. The assembly can further include an umbrella rib comprising a first end, a second end, and an elongate body extending along a longitudinal axis. The first end can be configured to be received in the concave space through the free end such that the socket engages the umbrella rib and such that the first end is accessible through the access aperture.

An umbrella has a plurality of ribs attached to a runner by main struts. The umbrella has an anti-inversion mechanism formed of a plurality of anti-inversion struts. Each anti-inversion strut is pivotally coupled to one respective main strut and is pivotally connected to a floating joint member that is freely movable along a length of one respective rib. The anti-inversion mechanism also includes a stop that is fixedly attached to the rib and restricts the degree of travel of the floating joint member along the rib and is positioned to prevent the respective rib from inverting in response to an applied force.

A quick connect system is provided for a shade structure. Tire system includes a hub and a rib. Tire hub has an upper portion, a lower portion, and a rib engagement section. Tire rib engagement section comprises a groove. The groove comprises an annular bearing zone, which may be disposed between two facing walls of the hub. The annular bearing zone is configured to support end portion of the pivot member of the rib.

The structure of the present invention is simple and reasonable, the machining is convenient and the cost is low.
