The disclosure includes a wallet comprising an open-sided shell, a flexible member coupled to the open-sided shell, and an elastic band coupled to the flexible member. The flexible member may comprise an internal surface and an external surface located opposite the internal surface. In some embodiments, the open-sided shell is coupled to the internal surface. The wallet may be configured to move between open, closed, and clamshell positions. In the clamshell position, the elastic band may be configured to wrap around an external surface of the flexible member, thereby holding the wallet shut.

A holding device for cards and/or bank notes, contains an upwardly open housing including a bottom, the bottom including upwardly projecting side strips arranged at a distance from each other. All types of cards and/or bank notes can be received in the holding device in a permanently reliable manner and such that the material thereof is protected as far as possible. The minimalist wallet may have an optional money band, an optional key ring, an optional money clip and an optional coin tray. Magnets may be used to assemble and disassemble the minimalist wallet to add or subtract various features as needed by the user.

The present invention is a compact utility wallet design to hold card-like contents and keys and tool accessories. First and second rigid plates are interposed to sandwich card-like contents there between. At least one encircling elastic band is interposed with the at least two rigid plates along longitudinal extents thereof to bias them inwardly and securely hold the card-like contents while providing elastic volume there between for adding or removing contents. There is disclosed a compact wallet, comprising at least two rigid plates at least one having a channel into which an encircling elastic band is interposed to bias the at least two rigid plates inwardly and securely hold the card-like contents while providing elastic volume therebetween while allowing freedom for the dynamic extension and contraction of the band over the entire running length of the wallet. The present invention relates to a card holder including a card holder body.
