Ultraviolet curable resin composition, sliding member, and method for producing sliding member

There is provided an ultraviolet curable resin composition for a self-lubricating liner. The composition includes a first (meth)acrylate compound having an isocyanuric acid ring represented by the following formula (1); a second (meth)acrylate compound different from the first (meth)acrylate compound; a first polytetrafluoroethylene resin with an average particle size in the range of 75 m to 180 m; and a second polytetrafluoroethylene resin with an average particle size in the range of 1 m to 15 m, wherein the total amount of the first polytetrafluoroethylene resin and the second polytetrafluoroethylene resin is in the range of 30% by weight to 50% by weight with respect to the entire amount of the ultraviolet curable resin composition; and the second polytetrafluoroethylene resin is contained in an amount of 20% by weight to 75% by weight with respect to the total amount of the first and second polytetrafluoroethylene resins. ##STR00001##

GREASE COMPOSITION

A grease composition includes a base oil, a thickener, and an additive. The base oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyoxyalkylene, ether derivatives of polyoxyalkylene, and mixtures thereof. The additive includes polytetrafluoroethylene as a first solid lubricant and at least one selected from the group consisting of melamine cyanurate, tricalcium phosphate, and sodium sebacate as a second solid lubricant. The content of the second solid lubricant is 0.5% by mass or more based on the total mass of the composition.

GREASE COMPOSITION

A grease composition includes a base oil, a thickener, and an additive. The base oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyoxyalkylene, ether derivatives of polyoxyalkylene, and mixtures thereof. The additive includes polytetrafluoroethylene as a first solid lubricant and at least one selected from the group consisting of melamine cyanurate, tricalcium phosphate, and sodium sebacate as a second solid lubricant. The content of the second solid lubricant is 0.5% by mass or more based on the total mass of the composition.

A method for manufacturing a medical device including a base layer and a surface lubricating layer supported on at least a part of the base layer includes preparing a coating liquid including i) a block copolymer having a structural unit (A) derived from a reactive monomer having an epoxy group and a structural unit (B) derived from a hydrophilic monomer, ii) at least one polymer material selected from polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane, and iii) a solvent, and applying the coating liquid onto the base layer.
