LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION
A lubricating oil composition may have excellent fuel economy and high shear stability. Such a lubricating oil composition may include: a comb-like polymer (A1) having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of less than 300,000; and a comb-like polymer (A2) having a Mw of at least 400,000. The (A1)/(A2) mass content ratio of the comb-like polymer (A1) to the comb-like polymer (A2) in terms of resin content may be at least 0.25.
HYDROGENATED POLYMERS WITH A RADIAL STRUCTURE HAVING A CORE BASED ON CALIXARENES AND USE THEREOF IN LUBRICANT COMPOSITIONS
Hydrogenated polymers with a radial structure having a core made up of calixarenes of the general formula (I), to the core of which is linked a number P of hydrogenated linear polymer segments selected from: hydrogenated homopolymers or copolymers of conjugated dienes; or hydrogenated copolymers of said conjugated dienes and monoalkenyl arenes, and mixtures thereof said formula (I) in which: R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are independently selected from hydrogen; a group containing carbon and hydrogen; a group also containing heteroatoms in addition to carbon and hydrogen; a group also containing silicon in addition to carbon, hydrogen and heteroatoms; one of the two substituents R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 is hydrogen, while the other may be hydrogen or alkyl, with a number of carbon atoms between 1 and 6, preferably methyl and ethyl; n is an integer in the range between 4 and 16.

Polymeric compositions composed of ethylene-vinyl ester copolymers alkyl (meth)acrylates, processes for production thereof and use thereof as pour point depressants for crude oils, mineral oils or mineral oil products
Polymeric compositions obtainable by free-radical polymerization of at least two different alkyl (meth)acrylates in the presence of at least one ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, the alkyl (meth)acrylates used being a mixture comprising alkyl (meth)acrylates having linear C.sub.12- to C.sub.60-alkyl radicals and different alkyl (meth)acrylates having linear C.sub.1- to C.sub.11-alkyl radicals and/or branched C.sub.4- to C.sub.60-alkyl radicals and/or cyclic C.sub.5- to C.sub.20-alkyl radicals. The use of such polymeric compositions as pour point depressants for crude oils, mineral oils or mineral oil products.
ESTER BASED FUNCTIONAL FLUID
The present invention relates to the use of specific esters in a functional fluid for electric vehicles.
POLYMERS AS ADDITIVES FOR FUELS AND LUBRICANTS
The present invention relates to novel uses of corrosion inhibitors in fuels and lubricants.
THERMOASSOCIATIVE AND EXCHANGEABLE COPOLYMERS, AND COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING SAME
A composition results from the mixture of at least one copolymer A resulting from the copolymerisation of at least one monomer functionalised by diol functions and at least one compound A2 comprising at last two boronic ester functions. They have rheological properties which are very varied according to the proportion of the A1 and A2 compounds used. The field is that of associative and exchangeable polymers.
Base oil for refrigerator oil, refrigerator oil, and working fluid composition for refrigerator
A base oil for a refrigerating machine oil, having cyclic saturates of 40% by mass or less and non-cyclic saturates of 60% by mass or more in saturates, a density at 15 C. of 0.805 g/cm.sup.3 or lower, and a normal paraffin content of 50% by mass or less.
