SCENTED FIREARM LUBRICANT
20200339901 · 2020-10-29 ·

The present disclosure relates to firearm lubricant compositions that serve to lubricate firearms and protect from rust and wear, and also contain a scent component that serves to mask the aversive smell of traditional firearm lubricant compositions.

Lubricant for conveying containers

The passage of a container along a conveyor is lubricated by applying to the container or conveyor a lubricant composition comprising a water-miscible silicone material having a silicone emulsion wherein the silicone emulsion contains less than 500 ppm of a triethanolamine salts of alkyl benzene sulfonic acid compounds.

FABRICATION FLUIDS
20200318030 · 2020-10-08 ·

A fabrication fluid composition, such as a metal cutting fluid concentrate, contains water, a first surfactant which is an anionic surfactant, a second surfactant which is an amphoteric surfactant, a third surfactant which is selected from an anionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant, the third surfactant being different from the first and second surfactants, and water, along with at least one of an anti-rust agent, a coloring agent, and a de-foaming agent. The concentrate may be combined with water to provide a fabrication fluid such as a metal cutting fluid composition that may be applied to a piece of metal being cut for a time and in an amount effective to dissipate heat from the metal being cut.

Sulfur- and phosphorus-free extreme pressure lubricant and preparation method and application thereof

A sulfur- and phosphorus-free extreme pressure lubricant and a preparation method thereof is disclosed. The lubricant is prepared by using Turkey red oil, a cyclic anhydride compound, triethanolamine, nano polytetrafluoroethylene powder, an alcohol compound, and water as raw materials. The lubricant does not contain hazardous substances such as sulfur and phosphorus. This reduces the harm to the environment, equipment, and human body, and conforms to the development trend of modern industrial production. Moreover, the lubricant has excellent extreme pressure performance, and can effectively reduce the downhole friction and torque, thereby meeting the construction requirements of extended reach wells and horizontal wells.

Aqueous lubricating composition

A lubricating composition includes: from 0.1% to 10% by weight of a first organic acid including a fatty acid containing from 4 carbon atoms to 18 carbon atoms; from 1% to 10% by weight of a fatty amine containing from 10 carbon atoms to 26 carbon atoms; from 0.1% to 5% by weight of an acidity corrector; up to 10% by weight of a dispersant; up to 10% by weight of a second organic acid; up to 10% by weight of an organic solvent; and from 50% to 98.8% by weight of water.

The present disclosure relates to lubricant compositions for use on engine components. The lubricant compositions include, by volume: 30 to 50% graphite in alcohol solution; 0.1 to 5% surfactant; and 40 to 70% water. The present disclosure also relates to processes for preparing lubricant compositions and methods of using such compositions.

Coated fabric products

An air bag coated with a cured organopolysiloxane composition, characterized in that the air bag is top coated with an antifriction coating comprising at least one solid lubricant dispersed in an organic polymer binder.

Water-based lubricating coating agent for metal material, surface-treated metal material, and method for forming lubricating coating for metal material

Provided is a water-based lubricating coating agent for a metal material, capable of carrying out a chemical conversion treatment and a lubrication treatment at the same time, which makes it possible to achieve excellent lubricity even in plastic working, press molding, and the like, and at the same time, operability (e.g., process shortening, sludge reduction). The water-based lubricating coating agent having pH of 2.0 to 6.5 for a metal material is obtained by blending: at least one lubricating component other than black-based solid lubricants; and at least one chemical conversion component selected from the group consisting of a phosphoric acid compound, an oxalic acid compound, a molybdic acid compound, a zirconium compound, and a titanium compound, the concentration of the lubricating component is 5 mass % or more in mass ratio to the total solid content mass in the lubricating coating agent, and the concentration of the chemical conversion component is 0.3 to 8 mass % when the total mass of the lubricating coating agent is regarded as 100 mass %.
