LUGGAGE FORMED BY COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A method for manufacturing a luggage formed by composite material includes the steps: A) using a vacuum molding method to make a thermoplastic sheet into a shell; B) placing the shell in an inner cavity mold area of a heating mold to correspond the outer surface of the shell to the inner wall surface of the inner cavity mold area; C) setting the outer surface of the thermosetting carbon fiber plastic layer on the inner surface of the shell ; D) setting the reinforcing layer on the inner surface of the thermosetting carbon fiber plastic layer at the location corresponding to the corner of the shell; and E) placing an airbag in the receiving area of the shell and inflating the airbag to support the inner surface of the thermosetting carbon fiber plastic layer and the reinforcing layer.
Fiber reinforced metal composite and application thereof
In one aspect, the present invention provides a fiber reinforced metal composite comprising a metal layer and a fiber layer which are arranged in a stack, and adjacent layers are fixed by bonding; the composite has a two-layered or three-layered structure, wherein one layer is closely adhered to another layer and the thickness of the layer is from 0.6 mm˜0.9 mm. Such structure changes the structure of the existing fiber metal composite characterized by generally having more than three layers, and greatly reduces the thickness of the composite while maintaining good mechanical properties. In another aspect, the present invention discloses an application of fiber reinforced metal composite in the field of luggage case manufacturing, provides two preparation methods for providing fiber reinforced metal case shell with simple and available operations.
SCOOTER BACKPACK AND SCOOTER LUGGAGE DE-ATTACH MECHANISM
An method and system of and for releasably affixing a luggage to a column via brackets including posts and apertures either permanently or releasably affixed to the luggage and column.
Luggage
A folding wheelchair comprising a luggage compartment, a collapsible frame and wheels, the wheels being mounted to a chassis of the collapsible frame for supporting the folding wheelchair in use, the collapsible frame having a first support pivotally mounted to the chassis at a first end of the first support, the first support and chassis being configured to rotate relative to one another between a stowed position, in which the chassis and the first support are adjacent, and an erect position in which the first support extends away from the chassis to support a seat and handles for pushing the folding wheelchair.
Wheeled suitcase comprising a retractable rod
The wheeled suitcase comprises: a rigid or semi-rigid suitcase body (1), mounted on wheels (30), said body (1) comprising at least three rigid or semi-rigid lateral faces (5, 9) separated by two edges (13), and a telescopic twin rod (16) comprising two arms (17), a handle and two tubes, the arms (17) being connected to the handle (18) and slidingly mounted in both tubes (21), said suitcase being characterized in that the two tubes (21) are disposed along the two edges (13) outside the body (1) of said suitcase.
Luggage system equipped with a semi-automatic battery power module ejection mechanism
A luggage system employing a rechargeable battery power supplying assembly. A base housing component is mounted in an aperture formed in the rear housing portion, and has a top surface. A battery module casing is mounted to and beneath the base housing component. A rechargeable battery power module is contained in the battery module casing, and provides a DC battery recharging port and a set of DC power supplying ports. A semi-automatic battery power module ejection mechanism is mounted within a battery module casing.
HANGING SOFT-SIDED CONTAINER
A soft-side silo container is sized to fit inside larger luggage such as a suitcase. It has a vertical zipper with doubled zipper cars to permit several different opening configurations. It also has a suspension system, namely its hook from which the container's collapsible upstanding peripheral wall is suspended that permits the container to be hung from a hanger rod, or from another container of the same type. The peripheral wall breathes, and is foldable to fit inside a suitcase. It has sub-compartment dividers that function as shelves. It can be used in conjunction with hard sided carry-on luggage or general luggage. Alternatively, it can be used in conjunction with a cascade of soft-sided hanging shelves.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR WHEELED LUGGAGE
Systems and methods for luggage systems are provided. The luggage systems and methods include a luggage housing assembly having a front housing portion and a rear housing portion connected to the front housing portion by a hinge. The luggage systems and methods include a set of wheels mounted to the luggage housing assembly. The luggage systems and methods can include a rechargeable power supply assembly that includes a housing component and a battery module casing configured to receive a rechargeable battery module. The luggage systems and methods can include a compression pad subsystem configured to compress contents of the luggage within the housing portions.
HARDSHELL MODULAR LIGHTWEIGHT LOAD-CARRYING EQUIPMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MAKING THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to an improved Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment (MOLLE) system that employs hard-shells and a method of making thereof. The disclosed hard-shell MOLLE system not only provides better durability for the MOLLE system, but also allows the MOLLE system to apply on hard objects such as thermoformed/molded backpacks, bags, vehicle panels and containers etc.
